I had an amazing experience with Shy! She was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The glasses that I purchased came back quicker than estimated and it was very easy for the whole process!

The thought of having to purchase glasses for the first time was overwhelming to me, but Alexandria made the experience so much easier! She listened to what I had in mind, and gathered options for me to try on before finding a pair that I love! I didn't think it would happen my fist time there, but I was happy to leave with my first pair of glasses on the way!

Rachel and Alana made me feel welcome and that I was more than just someone spending money on glasses. They were inviting and helpful. This review is for Lenscrafter located in White Oaks Mall. This was my first experience with Lenscrafter. During my visit, I came across many employees at this location. I dealt with three employees and I am going to share my personal experience.A - Alex. Alex is an Assistant Manager at this location. She is very welcoming, polite, respectful and soft spoken. She understands clients issues and find out solutions with HAPPY HAPPY outcome. In my views she deserves to be appreciated if possible by Promotion to the Manager position. It will be beneficial to the company.Excellent work Alex. Keep up good workP- Preet is a certified Optician. My interactions with him showed that he has lots of knowledge about his work as well as eye exams.He found problem with my eye exam and advised to get it rechecked from the Doctor on this site.He was right. Thanks Preet for all your help. Now I can see better.R- Rachel was my first contact at this location. She is a pleasant person, polite and respectful. In my views, she is very much dedicated to her work and happy to serve clients. She is very welcoming.Overall-Lenscrafters employees at this location are welcoming, experienced and Happy to provide good service to the satisfaction of clients.Good thing is that they work as a team to help each other.I am happy to deal with.

Preet, took time to listen and understood what I needed in a frame with a good lens. He was efficient and easy to talk too, with no pressure to buy. Excellent place to shop for lenses.

Went into the store on Saturday to inquire on having my glasses repaired. Unfortunately they are beyond repair but she cleaned them and tightened the arms for me. Went over current and future promotions as well. Always great customer service.

Came here to have my glasses adjusted and was served by Preet. Very helpful and friendly. Very willing to accommodate. I would highly recommend purchasing here. January 25th, back in for a other refit and was served by Rachel this time. She was very helpful and attentive as well. Can't say enough good things about this business!!

My family and I had a phenomenal experience at Lens Crafters in White Oaks mall today! We worked with Rachael and she was beyond amazing. All of the staff was so pleasant and we will definitely recommend our friends and family to shop at this location for any of their glasses needs!
