Very bad experience with couple of guys working there seems like he was a foreman manager ect once the guy found out i was french he started being racis smahing his fits and it went down from there

Company refuses to pay overtime, and they don't care about there employees, they don't have company vehicles, so you have to provide your own transportation to there jobs, even if they are out of town. If your gonna work here make sure you have a lawyer that deals with labour issues. CCS contracting is the worst company I have ever worked for.

Best building envelope company in the business. Their team as an excellent know how and execution of complex projects, from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for all industrial, commercial or institutional cladding or roofing needs.

They have great materials and a long history of complex siding projects for commercial jobs need roof of siding done

Its an awsome working atmosphere all the staff in the office was busy so do the shop in the rear was busy as well, they are well known for there great reputation in the building construction industry.

Cut off by a truck bearing this company's decals. No signal, doing near double the speed limit. Very unprofessional behaviour for somebody representing a company in a marked truck.

These guys can be really great, or completely terrible. It really depends on who they send to run the site. They typically don't clean up after themselves or participate in any meetings. Overall quality is alright.

I worked for CCS Contracting Ltd, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it as a place to work. The company lacks important benefits that are standard in most workplaces, such as direct deposit and overtime pay. Additionally, there is a lack of direction and training provided to employees, which can make it difficult to meet tight deadlines especially when it comes down to shuffling people around and needing to always train the new guy as the high turn around can be accounted for their lack of communication and coordination to work together.What's more, there is often a disconnect between what management expects and what is actually possible given the available resources. Employees are frequently asked to deliver on projects with incomplete or inadequate materials and training, yet are still held accountable for not meeting expectations. This can create a frustrating and demoralizing work environmentOverall, I believe that CCS Contracting Ltd has the potential to be a great place to work, but only if they prioritize the needs and well-being of their employees. If the company were to invest in direct deposit, overtime pay, and better or actual training and resources for their employees, it could lead to a more productive and positive workplace culture.

Worst most unprofessional crew in the city. No respect for clients and neighbours. In the 2 months this company has been in my neighbourhood ' they've been destructive, tearing threw roofs. letting rain leak into most units. They throw garbage and equipment directly off the roofs. no warning or blockade. they have been doing a horrible job of containing and safely disposing of the insulation, which blows all over the neighbourhood and into surrounding areas. For blocks. They blast music at disrespectful levels and scream out cuss words all day. They take their sweet time starting at 9 lunch at noon and gone by 3 or 4.. which makes them take longer. No one wears harness or safety gear. zero PPE. They rest garbage bags full of screws and nails on tenants cars. Also about 30 loose nails have been discovered in the parking lot a lone. ALSO HAVE PICS AND VIDEO OF THIS UN-PROFESSIONALISM ......
