Terrible service, sandwich was cold and had the least amount of vegetables possible, either the owner of this franchise is cheap, shorting the vegetables or the staff. In my opinion it's most likely both, shame on the owner and staff for such a terrible experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless you want to be ripped off and eat a cold sandwich. Utter trash.

Terrible service!!! Terrible food!!! I will never go back. Took me almost an hour to get what I wanted, causing me to be late for an appointment. Came in for the veggie guacamole sandwich, no cheese. Asked for a list of the available veggies and when she couldn’t produce on I said “ok, all the veggies”... ended up with an onion sandwich with rotting lettuce and a few mushrooms, olives and hot peppers sparsely sprinkled. I was pretty choked I paid 10$ for an onion sandwich so I asked the girl if she could throw some more mushrooms on it or something. I waited over half an hour while she served other customers before getting back to me. When she finally got around to throwing in a few more mushrooms to my sad sandwich I asked if that was really “all the veggies” she had. She then informed me they had cucumbers and green peppers.... last time I checked those were both vegetables so I was a bit confused why she didn’t put them on in the first place.I will never ever go back to this restaurant. It’s already frustrating finding dairy-free vegetarian food (hence why I went to Quiznos for their awesome guacamole) but this was just pure disrespectful and incompetent behaviour causing my frustration.

I do bodybuilding . I come here twice in a week after my leg workout to eat steak sub . Their food quality is amazing . All staff is very humble and for specially cleanliness I wanna give 10 out of 10 .

The food was excellent! We had flat bread pizza and classic club sub. Yummy!Service was great! However, denied access to bathroom when I had an urgent need☹️Very concerned and inconvenience not to mention hard on my body.

Only one person making sandwiches, so there was a bit of a wait. Didn't notice any extra veggies at the end, at other Quiznos I have the option to add cucumbers, etc. Also my sandwich was absolutely flooded with sauce, had to eat it in the sink. Probably would avoid this location and try to make it to the one north of here before 8pm.

Service and quality has declined at this location since new management has taken over. Staff is below average in customer service skills in that they just don’t communicate with you, there is no ability to see what veggies are available, and charging an extra 50 cents for additional sauce on your sandwich? In the future I will go to subway across the street and get as many veggies and sauces as I like.

Food is usually good but their hours are not accurate. Went in at 10:30pm but was told they already turned off ovens and were closed now. Not sure why they changed their hours to show they close at 11pm when they still close at 10:30pm. Probably would not have bothered going there if I knew it'd be closed by the time I arrived.
