Very Good attitude/ Service and knowledge when it comes to parts sourcing as well as quick turn around for parts delivery form the warehouse. As for the hours of operation I had a friend that had broken down rear Barrie on a Sunday we searched from Newmarket to Barrie and no one was open for business and those like Canadian tire that were open didn't have the parts and wouldn't be able to order them in for over a day and a half, I knew that Brampton was open Sunday's so I called them and sure enough they had the parts in stock so we drove from Barrie to Brampton and back and were able to get him on his way thanks to the Brampton location. As far as I'm concerned they have the best hours of operation and inventory I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in the parts Business .

Got spark plugs here for a great price. They're busy, but they're well stocked and efficient.My only complaint is that the staff wasn't following masking requirements for business indoors - none of the employees there were wearing masks properly: two were wearing the masks just over the mouth, and two weren't wearing masks at all. The only separation between the customer and the staff was a two-foot wide plexiglass. The staff do walk past the counter without the mask on as well.

Walked in and right back out. As it states on google staff wears masks". COMPLETELY INNACURATE.Every single employee behind the desk isn't wearing a mask and one guy coughing like crazy. I felt so unsafe I couldn't even ask for the help I needed I was in and out in less than a minute"

I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for service while five other guys walked around doing different stuff, two men walked in, and they got served right away. Maybe because I was female, they didn’t think that I was important enough to help.

Went to get a new brake caliper for my car, got greeted with awesome customer service and luckily they had the caliper in stock. I asked for brake fluid and guy explained me what to use and what not to use and why. Overall great experience and very fast service.

These folks at the sales counter provide knowledgable, professional and courteous service in there dealing with there clients, when I share my experiences its mostly not about me, its always about the service they offer to everyone who walks through the door even while i,m waiting in line for Auto Parts or some particular advice to those who require such, great job guys, keep up the great work
