From the moment I walked into the Splashes showroom in Duncan Angela Friesen was professional and efficient. Within 10 minutes Angela confirmed the majority of the items I wanted were available. I was pleased to hear that what wasn't readily available could likely be quickly brought in. By that afternoon I had not only received an email but also 2 follow up telephone calls from her to be sure I had received the quote! This is something I had not experienced in 1 month of waiting from our previous supplier in Victoria! Angela was amazing and had our entire order ready for pick up in 1 week! We will happily make the drive from Victoria to Duncan to deal with someone so helpful and professional.

My husband and I started sourcing out plumbing a couple of years ago for our new home recently completed near Ladysmith. We could not have been happier with the experience from the first time we started sourcing out fixtures for the kitchen/butler's pantry and four bathrooms.to the end of our project. Our sales representative, Tanya was knowledgeable, helpful as we started the selection process. We could not be happier with our choices as our building project was large and took careful planning to make the modern farmhouse style our 'forever home' - since moving from the mainland five years ago. . All our choices look amazing with our decor including the 'silgranite' dual sink in 'concrete' colour, matches perfectly with our 'stormy grey' quartz counters and off-white cabinets. We chose a stainless tap to match our appliances. We chose black taps, black shower heads for the shower, as well as black taps for my free standing white soaker tub in our master bathroom. My bathtub is 'hands down' the most comfortable/efficient tub I have ever had and looks absolutely amazing. Every piece we carefully selected with Tanya works/looks great in the house. Was a big project and we could not be more delighted with Tanya and the staff at Splashes, Duncan. Thankyou!!

Tried to return a bathroom sink that I purchased there and was told it was non returnable - didn't say so on my receipt nor was verbally told so. Sink was on display in their showroom - very, very disappointed to say the least.Thank you Krissi for dealing with this matter in an efficient and effective way - very much appreciated. I recently purchased some kitchen and bathroom products and had an excellent shopping experience with Tanya. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and now Splashes has become my 'go to' store. The products are of a superior quality and perform extremely well. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the products they sell.

Bought 2 shower heads from the Duncan location and thought colour was the only difference . Unhappy with one as it was drastically different quality. I spoke with Tori who was positive, energetic, and agreed with me. What an amazing experience to not have to fight with someone to just be happy with a product. Really glad to be dealing with Angela at Splashes Duncan. Found the prices very reasonable. More importantly, she has already provided great advice on better choices for the fixtures we need. She obviously paid attention to our conversations, and guided accordingly.
