We purchased our above ground pool from Eric at Victor Pools a few years ago - everything from order to delivery was seamless. Once our pool was set up, Eric was kind enough to come to our house and give a detailed lesson on how to maintain our pool. We continue to purchase all our chemicals and pool maintenance supplies from this shop and have our water samples tested regularly. I highly recommend this business for all of your pool and spa needs.

If you have a pool, this is the place to go. We bought a property last year that had a pool and we had no idea how to maintain it. Eric is so knowledgeable, patient, and so willing to help. There is no hard sell for his products. Always tries to fix issues as inexpensively as possible. We are so lucky to have him right here in Simcoe! A million thanks to you, Eric!!!

Excellent supply of every chemical you need for your pool or spa. Eric is very knowledgeable on pool chemistry. They have a computer analyzer to test your sample. Highly recommended.

I love this place - I’ve Just started coming to them because I purchase a new hot tub and they’ve been wonderful with helping me figure out the chemistry in my hot tub. Each person I’ve talk to and I’ve talk to a bunch have been extremely knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely keep coming back
