Mister Vapor (Burlington)

One of the only Vape Shops around with decent desert (Non-Fruit) flavored juices! The shop is very nice and trendy despite the unassuming exterior! Thanks to Olwyn, I was able to find 2 separate bottles of desert custard style flavored juices for my Caliburn 2. I will be returning soon to make use of my $5 from their rewards program, also appears to be superior than the other Vape Stores programs that take $ hundreds before you get a penny off! Thank you.

Alex and kayla are absolutely the best people, they are both so kind and always help me when I wanna try new flavours. They never ever push me to try something I won’t like but always try to find similar flavours to what I might like considering I switch them up so often. The pricing here is great, other vape shops I always find are far to expensive and always try to rip me off. This is best vape shop in Burlington to come to with the best service and I won’t be going anywhere else but here.

This place is downright awful.Sounds harsh but unfortunately true.Their customer service is extremely poor and actually quite rude. I live very close so frequent every week or so but since my last encounter I’ll drive to twisted coil on the other side of burlington out of my way instead of dealing with their staff.I brought in a new vape I purchased in the store a couple weeks prior looking to get some replacement coils. I had the vape with me and showed it to the staff asking for them to help me in buying the correct coil for my vape. The staff was quite rude and told me I should know this information on my own as “it’s not their job to know what coil is needed for my vape” I found this odd as I purchased the vape in this store and surely assisting customers with this type of thing was common.Eventually the staff member gave me a pack of coils ensuring me they were the correct fit for my vape. Once I returned home sure enough they were not the correct ones and obviously were useless to me. I returned to the store a day or so later hoping they would exchange them for the correct ones I needed. Receipt in hand and slightly annoyed, the staff told me since I opened one of the coils they refused to return the coils for me.I was not ready to accept this as fair and voiced my opinion about how poor the customer service was and that I was a unhappy customer. The staff member offered me an opened pack with a couple coils missing as my only option for an exchange. I accepted seeing as it was my “only option”It’s not about the money but more so about the awful customer service that really annoyed me. This store has officially lost my business indefinitely.Side note,A couple of months ago I came in to buy some things and the younger blonde haired girl was eating a burger in hand while serving and cashing me out. Chewing mouth open quite aggressively I might add all while laughing and swearing to her co worker on the other side of the store. I remember kind of laughing to myself at what kind of customer experience this is. As someone who runs their own business I feel compelled to leave this here as hopefully the owner will have some insight to the poor job their staff is doing.To the girl demolishing that burger mid sale I appreciate a good burger myself and potentially never would have included this here in the review if you had the decency to chew with your mouth closed while telling me my total. That was quite the experience I don’t think I’ll ever forget.

My friend asked me to pick up a vape for her and since I was there already I grabbed one for myself. I went out to my car and less than a minute later I realized the vape they gave me was from a brand I tried before and didn’t like. My fault I should’ve checked before however a minute later and they didn’t want to replace it for me ( I didn’t ask for refund)B.S service as I looked at many other reviews and it looks like they do refunds within 1-3 days.I didn’t want to make a big deal at the store since it was like $25 but honestly worst place and worst service. Full on scammersNever again

They blantly Scammed me. I bought 3 packs for stlth. I open the 3rd pack, pods had leaked so much juice that all three pods were HALF full, I go to return them at the same location. The pod packaging is still not opened. They say they wont accept leaking pods for return, even if unopened. They have no quality standards as at ANY other vape store they return the leaking pods back to the supplier, so no one except the producers lose money, and they actually keep the customer. Mister Vapor has no customer service. As long as they get paid it does not matter if you receive the correct quality of your fully priced purchuse. They would rather lose a customer that buys 3 packs at every visit, then take the extra step of providing quality.... as ANY OTHER VAPE STORE WILL accept unopened leaking pods with or without receipt. Never coming back, least I mention the snobby female employee. Why are you so angry? There are multiple other vape stores, why would I ever support the stuck up ones? Fix up

This store is amazing!! they always help me out with anything that i may need and or any questions i may have!! The customer service is AMAZING and the staff is so friendly and kind and they always know how to make a good sale! I’m proud to say i am a loyal customer at this store

This store is awesome, great staff, vary aesthetically pleasing, great prices. Kayla was vary helpful and vary knowledgeable on the products. Overall great experience

Best place to go for your vaping needs, employees are very friendly and down to earth. Always got what I need in stock and I haven’t gone to another shop since. 10/10 would recommend

I had a great conversation with Alex! I'm only experienced with cannabis vapes so I had a lot of questions about the differences between the two, Alex was super friendly and helpful answering all my questions and helping me find the right product for what I needed. thanks again!
