We have used Yerxa Electric for a number of jobs around our store and Jordan and his team have been amazing! They have always been very professional, got the job done on time and on budget and we have always been very happy with their work and attention to detail, treating every job, even if it's small with a great deal of care. I would definitely recommend Yerxa Electric to anyone!

I've had a couple of jobs done by Jordan Yerxa in the past two years (wiring for ductless heat pump, and installation of a ceiling fan/light), and I was very pleased with his professional approach and workmanship on both jobs. He also gave me some great advice on a major electrical issue in my home. Good work, Jordan and team!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After working with Yerxa for several months to install our new pool requirements, he quit. We provided many updates of timelines and project progress, each with a response from Yerxa. He tried several times to increase the price of the job, despite documentation proving he was provided with all necessary details. He put the entire project on hold when he didn't come to the job site at a critical point. In an attempt to resolve the situation, both pool and landscaping teams were waiting for Yerxa to arrive to determine how to get the project back on track. Instead of arriving at the job site as promised, he wrote an email after being an hour late to say he would not be doing the job.

I have used Yerxa Electric multiple times with 100% satisfaction every time! They are professional, timely and answered all my questions and concerns and helped me understand the work the were doing. So helpful to a homeowner. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Had a heater in my rec-room that had failed. The electrician's from Xerxa got right back to me and we set up the appointment. Tech's were professional, personable and efficient.; I would definitely recommend their services and I will be calling on them for some other projects in the future. Thank you.

We have used Yerxa Electric several times in the last year to upgrade our electrical panel, install a generator system and upgrade 10 fixtures in our home. Each time, they were very professional, friendly, punctual and provided high quality work. Jordan and his team always go above and beyond to exceed our expectations. These guy’s are the best! I called today to get some outlets put in and I wasn’t even expecting them to do it today! They were here about an hour after I called! What a nice surprise! And they even cleaned up there mess. I highly recommend these guy’s for any electrical work you need done and they don’t charge an arm and a leg for there work. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done and they were super friendly as well! Great Job guys! I will be calling back soon to have other things done.

Yerxa came to my house this summer to perform some electrical work (install more modern, up-to-date panel).I have no qualms about the work itself and the employees were very amicable when at my home. In fact, I would say that the work was excellent. So why the negative review?It has to do with payment and my interactions with them after the fact. Having had my contact information and successfully contacting me beforehand, I awaited the bill for the work. A few weeks went by and I got nothing. I assumed they were busy and invoicing at the end of the month or something like that.Finally, I got a harshly worded text from Jordan in the morning about a month after the work was performed which took a very accusatory tone with me for not paying my bill. The bill I didn't have. Classy.First of all, it's not my responsibility to track down companies and ask them to invoice me. Secondly, I would have been happy to pay the day of the work as money was not an issue; I was just never given that chance and was essentially blamed for it after the fact.The work is excellent but due to the poor interpersonal interactions I can't condone doing business with them again in the future. For me that kind of thing is a HUGE part of how I rate my business interactions and that is the reason for my low score in the review.Edit - 11/29/2018: Since the posting of this review I have received an apology and confirmation that the issue was caused due to clerical error. With that in mind, I'm bumping the review up to 4/5 since this is the kind of thing that doesn't seem likely to happen to others but was still a sour part of my experience overall.

Yerxa was contracted to upgrade our restaurant during renovations and did an excellent job! They worked non stop and rolled with the punches on the many GC and Supply issue changes. They remained professional and friendly throughout the time they were onsite and we couldn't be happier with their work. They checked back several times with us to make sure they were on track and we were happy. We would not hesitate to hire them again.
