Best thai express !!!! Takeout package is high quality, the Tom Yum soup tasted very good! The spring roll was also freshly made. Definitely will be coming back

I used to be regular to a Thai place express in downtown Toronto back in the days pre-covid. I used to love food there and also the good service i had in that place. I went today to this location and what a disappointment.1. They can remove something from your dish say tofu but they don’t replace it for anything else. If you want say a piece of ginger or mushrooms instead they charge you extra but don’t subtract anything for the tofu.2. The flavor is not good. Mine was actually bad if you compare with other Thai express stores3. The customer service is not a thing here.I don’t recommend the place. There are other good places here like Freshii, A&W, Jimmy the greek, Teriyaki to name some that I can recommend.I almost forgot to say, I ordered no spicy and guess what, it was sooo hot that i had to “clean it” at home. I guess they forgot and i did not realized until i was home.

Decent Thai food for food court setting. Loved the beef padthai. It was moist and spicy. The yellow chicken curry was good as well. Would definitely visit again if eating at the mall.

With so few options in EMTC food court, this is one of the favourites when we are here. The cashier changes now and then, but the chef" is almost a constant at this location.One can now order to vegan a meal. Earlier

Since the pandemic a lot of food chains, especially restaurants. The quality of food has really suffered. This is the second time I’m getting food from this location and I wish I didn’t. The food is inedible. I ordered the General Thai Chicken, it was undercooked and weird tasting (tasted like undercooked flour and batter). Even the rice wasn’t good. I love Thai Express and I’m now super disappointed and won’t be ordering from this location for a long time. After this I wish there was a way to rate less than one star.

Overall ok place, service is v quick. But taste is bland! Plain Rice is tasteless and too sticky to swallow but vege curry or any chicken is v dry. All dishes look vege unless u add meat/chicken in it! If u want chkn then they v add chicken on top! Too many rice but not much portion of vege/chkn and price is $15, which is costly!
