After searching and browsing through many different resume writing services online, I have chosen and contacted Resume People to re-design and re-write my old and outdated resume and ASHLEY was assigned to me as my resume writer. Ashley is extremely professional, dedicated, responsive and patience. Not only did she took the time to listen during our initial phone conversation, she is also extremely knowledgeable. The final version of both my resume and the cover letter written by Ashley is fabulous!If you ever require to use the service of Resume People, definitely request Ashley. If I can, I will give her 10 stars rather than 5 and she is that good!

The service and turn-around time is pretty quick. However, keep in mind at the end of the day, you are the one that will know your experience the best. You probably would have to do a lot of the content writing if you don't want your resume to look like a template. Didn't see much value in this exercise after paying 350 dollars. Good $350 for a lesson learned I guess.The person I work with lacks attention to detail; feel like just copy pasting stuff into a pretty template here.

Matthew BirdMatthew Bird did an amazing job putting together my resume. He accommodated my unreasonable time restrictions. I didn't have a previous resume to work with so he put together a polished Business Analyst resume with just a random set of facts to work with. He listened to me to understand what I needed. His response time for revisions was fast and was able to turn around my final resume within hours (faster than the promised SLA). I strongly recommend him and the Resume people.

Seems like a scam.....Spoke with an Agent named Nolan,took payment last Monday with the promise of a professional resume and cover letter.It's now Saturday evening and The Resume People Canada have yet to contact me.I am under the impression this is either a well run scam or a fly by night team with very few employees.I hope they will contact me soon as it seems I am out about 400 dollars.

I was in need to a rewrite to my resume and update to my LinkedIN profile, all with a very short turn around as the position I was applying for had a quick close date. I reached out and was assigned Angelica Murphy as my resume writer. Not only was the resume spot on and tailored perfectly to the position, but Angelica also agreed to work on the project over the weekend in case her first edition needed edits. I found the process easy and Angelica a true professional.

I'm with Purvak right now and he's got my resume out pretty quick. I suggested some revisions days later, and he had them updated within 24 hours. So far it's been good and I was told about these guys from a few co workers who got better jobs from it.
