Not a customer of Vidéotron but my phone was frozen so I asked for help. They were amazing! Willing to help even though I am not a customer. So nice

Fast service and friendly

Horrible experience. Guy changed my number didn’t tell me. Phone didn’t work for a day because no one could figure out what was happening. I complained to the manager he never called me back. Now 3 weeks later my old sim no longer works and I have to go get a new one. Still no call back from the manager

Videotron in general has awful customer service, both in store and on their phone line. I was called with an offer to upgrade my phone from what I currently have, to a Samsung A71. When I received the phone in the mail, it was an A51. So they told me I had to go to a store to get it exchanged. I called Videotron in Chateauguay and they told me that they couldn't exchange phones that were not purchased at their store, and neither could the store in St. Constant. This was blatantly untrue. The St. Contstant store was able to change it for me without issue. But - I do have to go there twice, because the exchange takes a full day to register. So not only do I have to displace myself because of a mistake made by the customer service agent who called me, but I have to displace myself twice, and to a store that's not the closest to me because the Chateauguay store doesn't know what they're doing.

They have a terrible customer service I called their technicians to install a internet cable on our road so we can have fast internet because we haven’t had it since the past 4 years and i tried to explain the best I could so they could install a cable line to our road from the nearest spot and he still couldn’t understand me and then he hung up the phone.Get a better customer service staff period.

Very good customer service. Samira-Rose was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

the new store is much brighter than the old one, decor is more modern, staff are friendly and always there to help as much as they can
