This company will sell to anyone with a business license. As a business owner, It is a real disappointment to find out that your retail customers can open an account here and purchase from Hoflands directly. People that are in the floral business should speak up and voice their opinions if you think this is important.

Very judgemental lady at the front. Horrible customer service, in a condescending way stated I need to spend $200 (insinuating we could not afford it) as well as a business number (as though we were not). I was looking at the brochure and the lady at customer service also ripped the brochure out of my hand which was rude. If the manager could please hand over contact info I would like to discuss this matter in further detail.

I’ve been working with Hofland for two years now and have had nothing but the best of an experience, both with my reps Patricia O. as well as Giulia B. Who have gone above and beyond to ensure I receive my fresh flower orders on time and in amazing shape, as well as almost immediate shipping on hard goods. Amazing customer service at every step. As a seasoned fresh flower and giftware buyer, Hofland truly has the most varied and superior quality selection out there. But their biggest asset by far is Kim Gurney, Sales Rep. As a customer of Hofland for almost 12 years, Kim has provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. Anywhere. She is extremely knowledgeable, but also incredibly attentive, hard working and quick with questions or concerns. I honestly could not run my business without her.

Very rude customer service. I spoke to a lady on the phone earlier today trying to purchase a large quantity of flowers for February 5th for an event (I'm a wedding planner and am on the hunt for a good flower vendor). The woman on the phone asked for my customer number which I regrettably informed her I did not have directly in front of me (I have purchased from this establishment before). She asked me to hold on, to which the phone went silent. I responded a minute later and asked if it would help if I gave her a phone number so she could perhaps retrieve my account. She immediately started talking over me trying to explain that that was what she was doing ... if the phone went silent, how was I supposed to know that she was checking for a phone number? Regardless, the phone number would've been my father's and she could not have retrieved an account from my caller ID (which is what I assume she was trying to do). I tried explaining the same when again she tried talking over me. I ended the call since I do not want to work with vendors who do not understand the basic skills it requires to hold a conversation with a customer. I had high hopes for this company as my dad was good friends with some of the employees and have ordered from there before. Never again.

We always love our visits to Hofland. Erin saved the day for us today by solving our conundrum ~ she was able to replace a candle holder for a large, gorgeous and now discontinued piece we've had at a client's home for several years! I've been ordering with Hofland for a few years and have always had a great experience. I order with Erin Ljubanovic and she is absolutely awesome! She has made my experience top notch and I highly recommend her!

At the time, when I was there for a bit As a temp,worked at the back warehouse to do labelling and packing the items where Rick-leadhand was in charged along with Andrew the last time being there before the pandemic started,I liked the work,something I was able to do.The days hours were great.

I was shopping around for some garden rose today at few wholesalers before finding out you guys have so many in stock even with the prices I was still willing to pay.Unfortunately when I went to cash out I was told I needed to have an account with you guys and a registered florist license. Which I have non but that wasn’t what was bothering me. The staffs at the cash weren’t being welcoming, they were staring at me and giving the ‘racist’ vibe. At least for my experience.I have zero issues with all the other places I have gone prior or speaking on the phone with. And I don’t usually leave reviews unless I have a really bad experience. Today was one that I thought I’d share with you as a small business owner.
