Dissapointed in this place earlier this year one of my parcels was lost and I had to request a refund. Just now another parcel is late and I am given a 48 wait period. I paid good money for shipping and it is completly unacceptable that this parcel is late. Get better at you shipping please! Currently dissapointed customer. Of not shippimg says it has left your facility so why was it not out for delivery??? Again very dissapointed please get better at ypur logistics and shipping.
