Prestige Landscape, Ltd.

While I had some vague ideas about what I wanted Prestige to do in order to get rid of the huge overgrowth not being attended to by our community board and the even more irritating and persistent ant problem, I really did not have any clear idea where to begin. I sought the advice of Prestige and they sent a very competent young man to discuss it with me. He wrote me plan which I agreed to, they did the work, it looked great and I was very pleased. This effort was so simple I could hardly believe it. Two previous interactions with other companies were very unsatisfactory and I was coming to the opinion that landscaping companies were interested in cutting grass - period!The Prestige employees who did my work were polite, industrious, and affable. I highly recommend them.

They strive to do great work, and train employees to be their best in an encouraging (and forgiving) atmosphere. Prestige is not perfect, but in humility they acknowledge this and are constantly working to become a better and more accommodating to both client and employee. They allow (and in many cases pay for) employees to take various landscaping courses (IEPMA, irrigation, pesticide application, etc), all in an effort to offer top notch service.Prestige becomes very much like a family, and if you're happy, hungry, and smart - the sky is the limit for you in terms of how far you can go within Prestige.P.S. I only left because I got a job out of town I've wanted since childhood.

A few years ago I contacted, in person, the previous owner of this company, as he was working in his yard on Dallas Road in Glenmore. I wanted an estimate of cost for aerating, fertilizer etc on a yearly basis. I gave him my email and phone number, and address, of which he wrote down, and he never got back to me. So, I went with another company. This summer of 2018, I called the firm again for a quote, Sam came by and gave me a quote. I agreed to use their company. Time went by, and again, a no show or any further emails from this company. I am now going with another company who at least responds to my emails in a timely manner, and appreciates me as a customer, and who I appreciate as a company. I WOULD NOT recommend Prestige Landscaping to anyone. I guess I am happy I am not their customer. Couldn't give a negative rating, had to unfortunately give 1 star, and that hurts to do so.27 May 2019 - it appears this company has a pre-written response to a negative review. They don't like social media reviews, even though it is a social media" world we live in. Unfortunately they will have to "suck it up" and accept a negative review has been written. Funny how their response to negative reviews are all the same

Have dealt with prestige landscaping in in past and the have been a pleasure to deal with.Contacted them recently as I had a large job front and back yard to take on and Dave came out to the property to give me a quote . He said he would have the quote back to me end of the week early next week . Basically two weeks roll by and I hear nothing. Call In today to basically by told Dave to go pound sand as he is busy. Spoke to owner jill who apologized but didnt offer a solution or any help on actually getting a quote. All it would have taken is a quick phone call saying hey were running behind and I'll have it to you early next week. Poor customer service on all fronts. If I provided service like this I wouldn't have customers.Will be taking my 10 to 15 thousand dollar job else where

Definitely far from a 5 star company! Was told our project would be 1 week, took over 1 month. Very poorly run, serious lack of man power. Had ppl show up and do very unsatisfactory work, had to call them back multiple times to actually make a simple job right.

We have used Prestige for fall clean-up and tree trimming for the past few years. We have found them to be very professional, communication is generally very good and they seem to be actively working on this area. Our experience with landscapers doing this type of work in the past was not great but Prestige seems to truly care about keeping their customers happy. We have been overall happy with the work they have done for us and would recommend them.

A really great company to deal with with overall i'm really happy with their service. The only problem i have is sometimes there is a breakdown in communication within the company and sometimes i find I've been forgotten about. I still would recommend them though they do fantastic work.

Prestige Landscape provides excellent service and really cares about their customers. I've used them exclusively for years and recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaping company.

I have thoroughly appreciated the hardwork these guys do each week. I have two little ones at home so it’s not easy for me to get out and do my yardwork. Prestige landscaping takes care of all the hard work allowing me time focus on my little ones. Everyone is so friendly and helpful offering tips and tricks to help me maintain my beautiful yard. Most importantly, they are timely, efficient and thorough. We look forward to another season with them. Thank you
