It is rare I experience a place so abysmal that I leave a poor review like this. However this place is truly the zenith of poor restaurants. Food was simply atrocious, my friend ordered $16 dollar wings to only receive 5 (were not fresh either). I received a burger that reflected the taste of licking a dirty grill. Milkshakes are poorly mixed, in truth it was simply a glass of milk with a slab of ice cream in it. For food of this grade, the pricing is expensive such as $16 dollar wings and burger that were not made to meet minimal expectations. Service was slow and not attentive, especially since only 5 tables were being used. To reach the conclusion, if you respect food and yourself, I recommend you avoid dining here. Cheers.

I was visiting campus when I came across this place. Amazing service, solid food, overall a very nice place to relax at. My server was Rebeca and she was super kind, efficient, and accurate. I'll absolutely come back whenever I'm in town!

This was my first time here, view was good but service was not the best. I guess it depends on who’s your server. My friends and I ordered burgers w fries.1. You’d expect fries to come with ketchup, but we had to ask for it. I also asked for hot sauce, but they didn’t have any, which I found strange since other menu items have Frank’s red hot sauce.2. French fries were bland and didn’t have that hot, fresh taste.3. The burgers actually look good, but the taste was not up to par. Burger buns were dry (other than the chicken burger which was fine since it was brioche). The buns were also a bit burnt, especially around the edge, so the burgers had an unappetizing burnt taste throughout.4. The chicken burger was very greasy.5. Our server was unenthusiastic, and didn’t check up on us often to see if we needed anything else.TLDR, I didn’t really come with high expectations, just wanted to try it out and was left disappointed. Maybe we needed to try other menu items?

Great place to study and unwind. Servers and bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and communicate well with patrons. Great happy hour deals and music variety. I recommend the grilled cheese with fries, they've perfected this classic IMO

the view is good, and that’s about it. our food was cold and expensive, and the service was very slow. there are better places to go on campus.

Only the view is great, the rest is just a toss up. The last thing you want to do is order food here. How would you like your fried silverware? It's prepared in low quality vegetable oil way past its prime but there's a choice of ranch dressing or honey garlic. That pretty much sums it up. And it doesn't look like they have any intention of improving. How many overhauls now? Oh but now they have vegan" options... laughable

It's a limited hours (check times online) facility operated by the University Students Union. That translates into a short list of food and beverage items. Service quality depends on who's working that day. The Happy Hours of noon to 4 are a reverse (which are from 4 to 6) of most competitors. Prices are moderate. The biggest positive is a great 7th floor view of the surrounding neighborhood. Is it worth patronizing...Yes but note the limitations. Also there is no nearby free parking if you decide to drive.

Paid $16 for the smallest plate of wings I’ve ever seen, Only five wings. The wings were also way overcooked and honestly terrible. My friend got the wrong order. The milkshake was practically unstirred, just a scoop of ice cream in a glass of milk. Gave us an empty ketchup bottle for the fries. Service was slow. Avoid at all costs imo.

Service was horribleAdvertised $4 sea change beers, charged full price because they were sleeves and not pints. Disappointing that they can't advertise right.Asked for beers at the bar, was demeaningly told off.
