Real Canadian Superstore Argentia Road

I have lived in this neighbourhood for over 11 years now and it has been my primary source for groceries.They do have a very good variety of groceries and a nice halal meats section always.The pharmacy, clothes, and other stuff here is not bad either. And they do have good flowers bouquets to.Although they have gotten better at it over the past few years, you do need to keep an eye on the expiry dates when buying, they do have expired items on their shelves at times.And occasionally you will find empty shelves and they’ll be out of a few items on your list, so they could use some improvement in their inventory management to.

Great store. Very well organized and managed. In addition to the groceries, their wine section was impressive. Plenty of options there and good ones. The produce section is great too.The staff was good and friendly. Plenty of parking space outside.Definitely recommended!!

Spacious and well-stocked stores. They have dedicated aisles for international food as well as natural food where you can find great quality extra virgin olive oil at good price. The seafood section was big but unfortunately closed on the day I visited. Plenty of parking in the plaza and the store is also closed to the highway entrances.

This is one of my favourite stores.Pros:1. This place is very opened and good amount of lightings.2. All aisles and corners are spacious3. Prices are good, and it is even better with bulk buy options4. Product are generally fresh, especially at this price point5. The store is located at the corner on its own with very big parking lot (front and side)6. The clearance items are a steal7. A lot of cashiers, including self-served. No or little line ups!!8. It is more than a grocery store..it is a SUPER storeCons:1. Some of the products are not so good and fresh sometimes, especially berries and some vegetables

nice clean, spacious store and courteous staff. they have good price matching policy and some time staff makes some exceptions. often prices are discounted if perishable items are close to expiry date. it also has bread plant which makes fresh pita bread also halal meat section. another plus .. very convenient location.

Good prices, bit very low or completely out of stock in alot of sale items? Like i went into the other day and they were out of 2% milk. Who goes out of 2% milk on a sale day bad planning if u ask me.

Consistent terrible non customer friendly experience from the associate manager Ceyham and the manager who is in black attire most of time(dont know his name) Ceyham is consistently annoying and makes every effort to discourage customer to come again. She wont honor valid price match even from in store price of store like walmart.. She never adheres to company policies and always repel away customers.. why is she not being trained? And the manager in black is least bothered for customer, whenever you ask him anything he pretends to be busy never listens and just passes by ignoring and embarrassing you... terrible is an over rating for the experience you get in this store...

I was in the store yesterday, Saturday early evening. I was so ever disappointed with the deli department. I watched 2 girls pass by me twice while putting out products. Until I asked if someone was going to be willing to serve did one of them walk over.Got my deli meats, when to pay and my deli meat fell out the bag because I didn’t realize it wasn’t closed(they didn’t bother to close the deli bags) Went back to the deli of course no one to be found. So again I have to ask for help. When I was finally approached the server was not wearing the hair net they had on the first time I was served(my 10 year old pointed that out) also the deli slicer was disgusting!!! It looked like it wasn’t once wiped down all day! Dry meat all over it and the grease from the meats!!!!This was so so so disappointing and very gross!Don’t know if I’ll want to go back

This location Real Canadian store is very well maintained and clean, which makes us come here more often. Their sections are so well-maintained and replenished most of the time. The seafood section is big with a wide choice of seafood products. The meat sections are always loaded with a variety of products and are very well maintained. Prices are very reasonable when compared with the freshness of the product, which is one of the main reasons for bringing our family here. There is a tall young gentleman about 6 ft tall, at this meat section very service oriented (never got his name). He goes above and beyond helping customers very pleasantly. The bakery section has changed a bit. Back then they had a variety of fresh baklava and now they still manage service even though changes have been made. The Dairy section is well loaded too, with lots of different dairy products.The international section has a great variety of different products too.Notice this store has a lot of home products as well. There are self-checkouts as well which speeds up the flow through, surely better, when it's so busy at certain times.I would suggest you’ll visit this store to see for yourself.
