Very happy with the excellent service I receive from my drive ken. He goes above and beyond to make sure things run smooth and addresses my issues immediately.

We are very happy with our services from Cintas. They are consistent, uniforms are always clean and items are always stocked as needed.Our rep's name is Chris and he is fantastic. He is personable, efficient, he always remembers specifics about our account and is always a pleasure when he walks through the door. We continue to use Cintas because of Chris's consistent customer service!!

Dave has been excellent to all the staff at Fraserway RV. He comes in once a week and is very punctual and friendly. Dave always comes up with solutions to our issues and concerns. A1 service

The products we get here at T & A Tire from Cintas are awesome, but what really makes things special is our service rep, Michelle Cunningham. So knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!! Always quick with a smile and goes above & beyond to ensure we have adequate stock of products and that our staff uniforms have our techs looking their best!Thanks for all you do Michelle!!

Dave that delivers to the Huntsville factory that I work at is very pleasant and easy to work with to resolve any problems and has exceptional delivery skills and deserves all perks that his work can offer him.

Just unbelievably terrible customer service!Took weeks to get things organized. We have a logo mat at our restaurant. First week ok , now just a regular mat!! Send emails. No response. Person is away but no email for follow up or indicating the person is away. Three weeks we get tablecloths that we never ordered. Tell the driver…. Still getting tablecloths. We are now laundering the napkins because we get tablecloths instead. Really??!! Our replacements get done in a Tuesday. Holiday Monday. Oh! Call and get informed it’s pushed back a day because of the holiday. Never informed. Laundering our cloth napkins. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Right up there with UPS and Bell Canada. Stay away from this company. Nothing but headaches and literally they have a difficult time doing anything right. Flabbergasted!! Wow! U fathomable that they are still in business!!
