I would give 6 stars if I could. Mike was extremely thorough and methodical with his inspection and took the time to explain everything to me. Additionally, the report he sent me within a few hours of the inspection was easy to read and included links and photos to further explain some of the more difficult concepts.I highly recommend Heeley Home Inspections!Thanks again Mike!

I reached out to Heeley Home Inspections when I was looking for a home inspection for my home. I found Mike to be very easy going, very knowledgeable, does the job thoroughly and in detail , very insightful and answered the several questions I was throwing at him. Explained everything in detail; took pictures and have an informative and well written report. If we had any questions he responded quickly and ensured to give as much information as possible. Mike was amazing. Nice to talk to. Showed up at the property on/before time. Patient with us and answered all our questions. Educated us on different aspects of the house and warned about any potential future maintenance. He paid extra attention to areas where we had concerns (water damage, moisture, etc.). Provided us with detailed report that further allowed us to negotiate on the price on the property.I would highly recommend him.

Mike was great to work with. He is personal yet professional and provides an honest assessment. Mike went above and beyond to explain every part of the home, even demonstrating how to operate specific systems (sub pump, furnace etc.), recommending maintenance timelines, and things he would suggest changing for good measure and safety. More importantly, mike saved us money on our home by identifying deficiencies and explaining the risks associated. Overall we had a very positive experience and HIGHLY recommend him. 5+++ stars! We will definitely use Mike again for any future home inspections.

We were very fortunate to have Mike do our home inspection. Due to uncontrollable factors, we had to reschedule twice, moving up our inspection date. Mike was most accommodating, and we met early Sunday morning. He had arrived prior to our arrival and had already completed a visual walk about of the exterior. Mike was thorough and professional in sharing and explaining the steps he was taking to assess our new property. His knowledge is vast and his ability to explain in layman's terms was most appreciated. Mike was receptive to answering our questions and revisiting items for further discussion. Mike identified issues without being an alarmist and he had solutions or a plan to remedy each one. Mike's easy-going personality and sense of humour made a normally intense experience, very enjoyable. The final report was completed very promptly and competently.
