their office runs like a clock always ontime. and i bet its very hard. you would appreciate it if you see other pediatricians and hour or so behind and parents sitting in waiting area with their little ones (i witnessed this). and my family doctor and OB were always 1 hr late. im often late myself but i try really hard to never be late to their office or to come early.dr fath is a solid good doctor, she is proffessional and polite and never rushes you.

Dr Fath has been one of the best dr we have ever had in Canada, always on time, never rush you to get to the next patient and no matter how busy she is, she’s been very responsive for our baby and saw us right away. She’s been very patient and answers all of my huge list of question in any of our appointments. She seems very experienced and knowledgeable.

Dr. Fath is highly recommended. She is great at answering all the questions one may have about the new born or an older baby. We never felt rushed. Her staff is also nice and smart. Overall, we have had a great experience so far !!

My experience at Dr. Fath’s clinic has generally been positive. Dr. Fath is attentive and hears my concerns, I never feel rushed with her. The office itself is very timely, I have never had to wait long once I arrived at the clinic. Parking is very hard to find though so you do have to arrive early.

Refused to see my daughters because we were also taking them to see our family doctor. We did this because on several occasions both doctors were on vacation at the same time and wait times for appointments were 1 week waits. This doctor made this decision out of spite against us that actually hurts our children. I would give 0 stars if I could. Shame on themThe receptionist is also very rude

Dr. Fath is an amazing doctor who will explain things to you. She is very helpful and caring to both the kids and the parents. Doesn't rush you and her office staff is just as amazing. Always accommodating and quick to return phonecalls, good with reminders and best approachable doctor office staff I've ever come across. Super impressed!

Dr. Fath is a great doctor, she is very approachable, competent, and thorough. The office runs on time, which is amazing considering she never rushes her patients. We have also seen Dr. Fox when Dr. Fath was on vacation and he was also attentive to the kids. I would highly recommend this office (esp Dr. Fath).

Dr fath was my daughter’s dr from birth. At 6 months she developed a very high fever and when I called to get an appointment they could see me till the following week. Obviously we went to a walk in. Maybe a year later she started getting a rash I was worried about and the office was closed for the week as both doctors were away at the same time! Ok so fast forward 2 years. We decided to stick to our GP as he was always there and never had an issues. Again we have a rash and when I call dr fath sje refuses to see my kids because she said and I quote” well you’ve been seeing another dr so you should stick with them” !!! Absolutely disgusting. You call yourself a doctor and swear and oath to protect kid and give the best care possible? Did I hurt your pride when I went to see another dr when you were not available? 3 times I had to go to a walk in. Shame on you. Very poor bedside manners. Would never recommend this office. And the secretary is so rude on the phone and in person. If you go there you can say different, like your suppose to be there for the kids.

Dr.Fox is an exceptional doctor paediatrician who clearly has deep experience working with children. He quickly puts children at ease and helps parents understand the situation. All staff are pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Dr.Fox.

We've been seeing dr fath for almost 3 years. She's is both my kids' doctor and our experience with her is great! I have hardly ever waited for more than 15 mins - and that even when we are late to the appointment. She is attentive and doesn't brush things off even when she thinks it's something that's not a big deal. And for emergencies, 95% of the time she'll make time to see you at the clinic so you're not scrambling to find a walk-in clinic or go to the ER. I am so glad we found dr Fath!
