Tara is by far the best ! I have been seeing her for just under a year and I go every 2-4 weeks , she is professional , friendly and easy to talk with.I wish I could see her weekly ! I typically I will have a 45 min - 1 Hr massage done , however the last two sessions have been with the use of cupping and I'm obsessed. After only a few sessions I feel she healed some of the major chronic pain I had been suffering with in my neck shoulders and hips. I am so grateful for the service she provides , it truly is exceptional.

I saw Tara in her space at this cute little boutique spa/salon in Bowmanville. Her room in the back is decorated beautifully and is calming as soon as you walk in. She gave me the best message I've had in a really long time. I have been having lower back pain for as long as I can remember and the treatment she provided me gave me almost instant relief. In addition to the massage, she did some muscle stretches that really helped to loosen everything up. I would recommend Tara to anyone looking for a massage therapist and can't wait till my next appointment with her.

Thank you to my massage therapist Tara for taking care of my nagging back problems that are work related. She really knows the problem and places to treat to get me back in motion. My treatments with her have been wonderful and relaxing. She has a lovely space and magic hands that really work those sore muscles and make everything loosen up feel better.
