Rexdale Hyundai Compound

I went to Rexdale for the first time related to my Sonata car Engine problem and met with Mr Ratan Singh. He took car of all my concerns and I got my car back with brand new engine installed within 4 days. All credits to Ratan Singh. Anyone having any concerns related to Hyundai Car must visit Rexdale Hyundai and meet Ratan. Just be patience he is busy guy but for sure he will take car to your satisfaction.

Worst experience I ever had.I booked Hyundai Elantra 2023 in month of June & I have been promised that my car will be arriving in September.Now after waiting for 3 long months I have been said that my car is schedule to manufacture in month of November.Like Seriously?Sales Representative is not even responding to my call & messages.Totally disappointed !!

I would like to thank Mr. Anil Nagpal from Service Department for providing some great tips for my Hyundai Elantra. He was very professional and took care of all my questions and concerns regarding my car. Had a wonderful experince.

This dealership is pathetic in terms of customer service. especially the assistant service manager Mr.Ratan, very arrogent and rude, I have been visiting this dealership for my Santa Fe which has been giving consitnant issues ( under warranty ) these guys charged me to fix the issue ( 600$) for spark plugs etc. Still problem was not solved, car stopped on highway, then they said engin needs to be replaced. After wating for many months finally they changed the engine. Then they did some problem to my steeling alighment during changing the engine, next day i had to go back to fix this issue. When i spoke to Mr.Ratan about this then his reply was we already did the favor to you by changing the engine" i was like wait a sec? "what favor" ? you are supposed to change the engine bcos it was defective and under waranty and saying to me that you did favor. Then he used few words like "let me show you mirror etc" he was super rude and i will never ever visit this dealership again. Waste of time and money. do not trust this dealership at all."

Very bad services. A person named Ratan singh is talking rudely to customer and he is not properly explaining the problems to customer and not listening to customer properly and also customer's problems are not taken into considerations.Really unsatisfied with the service.I would suggest everyone not to go Rexdale Hyundai for service. Its wastage of time and money both.@Service manager at Rexdale hyundai should pay more attention to this!!
