I bought a plan from Fido on Nov 28th (a new Samsung s21 with a new usage plan), and the order says I could pick up the phone at Calgary Downtown TD square once I receive the ready" email. I received the email at 6 pm on Nov 30th and went to the physical store on Dec 1st afternoon. It's very ridiculous that the staff said I didn't pick up the phone on time and the order was canceled.I went to your store to pick up the phone immediately after you sent me the "ready" email

The worst company evershame on you, value your customer's reviews, 90 % poor review. open your eyes, dont just aim at making money, give value to your customers who pay your bills.The worst company ever, two times I was ditched by the company, once the company charged extra for moving from the chatter in which I was invited by fido, and promised that there won't be any charges, but when the bill came, I was billed for accepting their offer. the second time I was promised to get a handset, and I went to the kiosk, as per the company direction, and I was fooled.inspite of me having the name of the representative I spoke to and the reference number, all that the company wanted to say was BIG SORRY, which gave me nothing in return. HOPE SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE FROM FIDO SEE THIS and respond.

I've been coming at the store for 7 years I replaced three phones from this specific location. Today I dropped in with my daughter and I came in asking what are my options to upgrade my phone. The girl didn't seem to be willing to help and ask me to take a look at the app for my options. I asked some general questions about phones she doesn't seem to be interested at all but kept on chatting with her co-worker. I've been doing customer service for 17 years and I can tell this person doesn't like her job at all. It's a shame I kind of like the store but I have to give it a one star.

Very impolite, unprofessional and rude service. Keep interrupting me while I haven't finished explaining my situation and my problem. And they told me they cannot help me and ask me to call online customer service. But when I call the online customer service, I was told I can definitely get it done in a store. I will not recommend it to anyone.
