Outstanding first class service. I've always made a special trip to renew each year. The father has retired and Richard, the son, has assumed operations. He too wants a break and thus has transferred or sold interest in the business to another capable party. One of the new staff was there on my most recent visit. Off to a great start. I'll miss the 'old guard' and embrace the new.

The gentleman who helped me today was awesome. He called to remind me my policy was expiring when ICBC did not send a reminder, then when he noticed some mistake (on the part of ICBC) he volunteered to call and get it fixed for me, he was just super friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else.

I moved here from the states and had trouble insuring my car. After trying to get my car insured at another auto broker failed, I came to Insure BC to get a second opinion. I'm so glad I did. Julia is very knowledgeable and helped me get my car insurance sorted out. Moving your car to another country can be a challenge, but we got it done. Thank you.

The RUDEST service I ever received in Canada. The employee named Jasmine told me they were almost closing even though there was still half an hour. She really was reluctant to help and all her body language was saying that she wanted to leave that place.I went to a next door insurance company when within three minutes they explained to me what to do next and with an actual SMILE on their face.

Not sure how they have 4.5 stars, must be fake reviews. All the ladies who work here are miserable, it’s so easy to take your business elsewhere. I had an agent serve two other ppl that came after me. Not sure if ppl realize you can renew online. Go to London drugs downtown and do your insurance there or on West Pender. Look at her :( get a new line of work
