This store is simply AMAZING!!! I had a near death experience back in April of last year, Jason and Brenda went WAY above and beyond to help my family keep our stuff and to this day are still helping us!!! They TRULY care about their customers and will find ways to work with you in a emergency situation!! While other companies have made me feel like a horrible human for having a stroke followed 6 hours later by 4 back to back seizures in 20 min, this company and this location have made things a lot less stressful by working with me!!! Thank you guys so much and know that you are extremely appreciated!!!

Been going to aarons for years. I've gotten 2 tvs, an Xbox and now new rocking love seat and recliner. Brenda is a great person in that store. Always has a smile on her face, always greets. Recliners were brought in and set up by Tyler and Jordan. Two cool dudes. Jason the store manager is a great guy as well. Always reasonable.

We have a couch and now a fridge from Aaron’s and we love the couch. We love the fridge too it has lots of room. Jesus helped us with both our couch and fridge he’s a very good employee. The delivery drivers did an amazing job too. Everyone is very nice and listen to you.

So far we have bought a washer and couch from Aaron's, and we are satisfied. The washer has made our lives so much easier. We went in to get a couch, and Jesus was attentive and helpful, but still also gave us space to look around the store and really decide what we want and need. We had our couch delivered and assembled by Tyler and Jordan. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and friendly. I appreciate the service we got and am feeling glad we made these purchases.

The absolutely worst place to get furniture through. Have had Number of problems with this facility From furniture being delivered, broken. Refusing to take back months, waiting for it to be fixed. Rude employees talking on the phone. And the lajust not keeping up with their schedule of appointments to relocate my furniture. With a notice of a week and a 1/2. Done with this

Rick and Tyler are badasses took awesome care of the furniture and made sure everything was put together professionally it's always stressful having someone at your house but you would be happy to have these two come on by and deliver your next item from Aarons

Rented a washer, dryer, and a sectional from them and even paid the washer and dryer off and made all my payments on time through auto ezpay and there was an issue with the payment one time and they sent field guys to my house 2 days in a row and I was very nice and tried to help figure everything out even though no employee working there seemed to be able to figure out what was going on and then the 2 field guys called their office so I could switch cards and get this figured out but the lady on the phone Brenda" wasn't aware she was on speaker when she was talking to the gentleman about me shouting and being rude to him to the point where both employees looked away in embarrassment. I will not respect a company who has employees who talk to people like that. Even her phone call with me personally was rude and I was hung up on twice. The BBB will be notified. I've worked with this company for a long time and I will not be working with them once all of this is settled."

Very helpful the moment we walked into the store doors. Gave us time to see what we could afford and fit our needs.Jesus was understanding that we needed a couch for family of 5. The delivery drivers did an amazing job being careful brining it into the house. The manager asked if everything went right also made sure we were happy with what we got for our place.

I have been going through Aaron's for 3 years now and I think they are amazing. I have gotten a washer and dryer set with pedestals, a brand new side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water and a pillow top mattress and all of the items that I have gotten from there have been top quality with absolutely no problems. Their delivery service has always been very professional they get in and they get out as quickly as they can but also make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.
