It was just ok for me. The sandwich didn't seem to have everything on it as it appeared on the menu. I did love the sweet potato fries with Chipotle mayonnaise.

Large vehicle clearance at the drive thru, which is just off of the Shell gas station. A&W can also be accessed from inside the Shell, and has an impressively large dining room.Team members were polite and informative about the current lockdown measures, and why the dining room was closed.The quality of our food was excellent. I will return.

So sorry to do this, but I feel this must be addressed. There is a person working at this location, usually late night, that has zero business working in customer service. Aside from general rudeness, she is also the least capable person I have ever seen when it comes to taking orders. You very literally have to repeat everything to her 3 times, and she is so painfully slow placing an order can take forever. I would assume someone this poor would be new to the job, but she is not. I have been coming to this location for close to 8 months on my way home from work, and she has been there most of the time. You think she would get better but no, if anything she is actually getting worse. No greeting, no thank you when you get your food, and she just glares at you with the grumpiest look in her face. Resentment maybe? Many times she will just pass me my food without saying a word. A few times, she has given me someone else’s food along with my order, or just an entirely wrong order. I have started checking to see if she is working before I enter the drive thru; if she is, I won’t enter as it’s an utter waste of time. I get staffing this location can be tough, but anybody could do better at this than her.

Fairly clean place, but service was slow inside as it was 12 noon and drive through was also slammed.Food was good and fresh/ hot.I ordered teen burger combo with onion rings and a root beer.It was nice to find this Petropass with A & W as it provided the truck parking and bathroom I needed. After walking in and smelling the food, I knew I would be having lunch here.

That little fat spokes person lies and fear mungerals about grass fed beef ... Bring back cook to order foil backs and grease with lots of seasoning with texture that isn't rubberized with filler cooked before you arrive severed in a wax paper bag that doesn't hold heat and the burger taste mundaneNot just this location but all locations since they went away from what separates them from McDonald's and other fast food restaurants

Ordered 2 mozzarella burger combos yesterday at this location and it was absolutely terrible. The customer service was very poor and we were talked to in a very short and snippy manner. Upon receiving our food we took a few bites and noticed our food was undercooked and tasted off. We both ended up getting food poisoning because of it. Would not recommend going there ever.

Food was warm, obviously premade before ordering . Onion rings were warm and could have used a bit more seasoning, hardly any. Burgers were just warm as well.
