Modern did an upper level patio with metal railings & awning for our place. Dave, Larry & the crew were all great to work with and there was good communication with the office staff. Superb job!

Modern Windows responded to me right away. They came onto the island where I live and changed out five windows where the seal had been broken and were full of fog and streaks. I found Modern Windows to be professional and informative and did exactly what they said they would. They were punctual and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

Had three retrofit windows installed. Price was competitive with other quotes I received, and ETA for install was shorter. Sales rep gave good advice on window selection. Went smoothly other than a couple of iterations on the quote for corrections. Windows were installed within the estimated time frame. Installers were polite and the windows look good.

Have yet to install sliding patio door supplied by Modern but looks good. Supply and delivery to Hornby Island worked well,.

We ordered 12 windows from modern this fall and they arrived right on time and on budget. Communicating with Derek was seamless and his response time was commendable from the initial contact. Purchasing new windows is a big expense for us homeowners and we couldn’t be happier having spent our money with this fantastic local company.

We rebuilt our deck and had Modern handle the new vinyl installation. The new deck looks great!We finished up the new railings ourselves (still a little work to go!) and combined with the new vinyl are very happy with the entire project.If I were to offer some criticism it is that they were typically slow to respond to email, sometimes with delays over a week. This did not ultimately change the install date, and was not a big enough deal to remove any stars from this rating, but if you require an immediate response I suggest phoning rather than email.

I am totally happy with the french doors that Modern Windows made and then installed for me. Everyone I dealt with was fabulous, including: Debbie in Admin, Bill my sales rep, as well as Ron and Chris the installers. All were personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and they all worked hard to make sure I was happy. LUV my new doors! I highly recommend Modern Windows., and will use them again. A big thank you to all!!!
