T-shirt Time Vaughan Mills

The staff at TShirt Time went above and beyond to help me with my order. I brought in my own image and they gave me feedback on what fonts would work better so that the item wouldn’t come out poorly. I made the edits they made the sweater and it came out amazing! So happy!! Thank you!!

They were helpful in the entire process and after creating some custom shirt designs they had them ready in 15 min. The shirts were all different styles and sizes and colors. The shirts are good quality, not great but not super flimsy or light. They should be good for at least a few washes just have to wait and see on that.

Honestly, i have always seen T-Shirt Time in the mall and never really went in because I wasn’t sure what it was all about. But today I went in and there was a guy working there I believe his name was Evan and he definitely made everything super clear. He explained everything so well and understandably, great customer service. He was very inviting and not intimidating at all, super super friendly.I wanted to do a custom sweater and I was pretty indecisive, but he was more than willing as well as patient when working with me. In fact if it wasn’t for his creative, positive and assertive character I probably wouldn’t have walked out with such an amazingly designed sweater.I will definitely be shopping there more often if not for the clothes, for the customer service alone.

This is my second time coming here and I would definitely recommend people to come here to get a customized tshirt!Evan, the sales associate was helping my boyfriend and I customize our hoodies. He did an amazing job and his customer service skills were amazing as well.

Worst place to bring any team uniforms. T-Shirt time messed up in names and numbers that were assigned. Everything was typed out in large lettering and still they managed to screw up! Never again they are bad and the manager was as rude as %#%*! No compensation but the shirts were free of that they managed to screw up. What good is that when I had to go out of my way and purchase another 5 jerseys that they had to be different from the rest of my team. 1 star you’re lucky I even had to give T-shirt time that much to write a review. Save your money people there are better places Vaughan mills location should shut down for many reasons!
