Crystal Heating and Cooling

Have to call at least twice every year since they have installed our ac wrong - keeps saying they have fixed it but then a month later we have the same problems. That’s not the worst part though - it’s dealing with the lady who answers the phone. I have never had such rude customer service in all my life. She is so snarky for absolutely no reason. She questions everything you say in a condescending way “how do YOU know that’s the problem..” because we have had the same issue every single time and it never gets fixed. She constantly interrupts me on the phone in a rude way saying “uh huh uh huh…” she gives such attitude and I’m not sure why. She doesn’t give/gives wrong info to service repair guys about address/buzz code. Definitely shouldn’t be in customer service and if you need an ac get someone else and save yourself the headaches. Worst service I have ever had with anything.

I called Crystal Heating to book a service call for my water heater which had failed in my office and Debbie was able to schedule someone to come look very quickly. She is very kind and professional to deal with.Tyler came out to look and it was determined it needed to be replaced. The work was done quickly and cost was reasonable.Very efficient service from both the office and technicians. I will always consider them my first call.Thanks again

So thankful for these guys....my air stopped working and they were here right when I needed them. The cost was so reasonable and better than most. Quick, friendly professional service every time. We have used Crystal more than once and will keep using them for all our heating and cooling needs.

The process was seamless, called in to book a service, had to leave message, 2 hours later was called back, made appointment, was quoted the price, Juan the tech came out as agreed, did a great job, explained everything, needed another part, swung back 2 hours later to have it installed, price was reasonable. Our water heater had started to leak and Debbie from Crystal was able to have someone look at it the same day. One day later this happened. A new installation of a Navien NPE 180A2 tankless water heater. The installers did a fantastic job. Thank you.

I needed my AC unit serviced, called Crystal and they set an appointment for just 2 days later. Service tech Juan called before arriving on the day of service to announce his arrival. He was professional and courteous. A major cleaning was performed and a small leak was detected and fixed. We've used Crystal ever since our house was built 20+ years ago. I highly recommend them as a company.

During a routine maintenance check a cracked heat exchanger was discovered and result was needing a new furnace. Called Crystal for a quote and Debbie sent someone the same day. My original furnace was installed by Crystal Heating and Cooling over 20 years ago, that's why i chose to call. Crystal personnel were very professional and respectful while in my home during the installation. They also were very thorough making sure the the furnace was working properly and reviewed some checks with me prior to leaving. Great Customer Service! Thank-You!

Why Crystal has earned my respect.Story time:Last year before winter really set in, my wife and I were very disappointed to find out furnace was not working. We quickly found out this was not just some Google, fix it yourself type of home repair. We did not call Crystal first, we instead called a competitor which I will not mention. The first company left our furnace taken apart/in peices and claimed it was to dangerous to keep in service. We called around and got quotes. Everyone just wanted to sell us a new furnace system. We decided to make one last call. Crystal heating and cooling. When Max got here he said before I try and sell you a new furnace do you mind if I try and get it working? everything looks pretty good and all the O2 readings are well within normal range." At first we were shocked that other companies had lied to us and tried to scare/push us into buying a new system. My wife and I were absolutely thrilled to find out there was other options.
