Luxurious experience from start to finish. The consultant worked with us and listened to our issues with our 7 year old mattess. They helped us select a mattress that met our needs and preferences. They made sure to communicate ETA and delivery appropriately. Once our mattress arrived, they helped us set everything up and assisted with the disposal of our old mattress.We have had our matress for a year and it is still just as comfortable as when we first got it. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail and quality has been given to the product. Our back and shoulder pains have subsided. What a difference it has made! We can't thank the staff enough for their expertise and assistance. They continue to follow up with us to make sure we are still happy with our purchase.We have been in the store a couple times to see what we would like next. Maybe the beautiful massage chair (fingers crossed).I would not hesitate to invest in their products again in the future. Thank you DeRUCCI team!

Very nice shopping experience. Good quality mattress helps me solve the back problem.Sales are nice and helpful.

I love a lot of their pieces, however, prices are just ridiculous compared to Mainland China, the same mattress here costs over twice as much ( and we are talking on sale price ). They also have nicer designs here, but I just find it completely unaffordable, as we just arrived and are currently renting. Pity! I miss sleeping on their mattress.
