I was visiting from out of town when my presta valve exploded on my tubeless. Swapped to a tube just so I could ride for the day, when that got a hole.. Gave them a call the next day explaining my desperation, and despite being swamped, they set me back up to tubeless for a great price and had me on my way back to the trail.TLDR: Excellent service, super friendly staff, all around great shop.

I was visiting Powell River for the long weekend and didn’t have the magnet for my ebike speed sensor. Taws was closed but someone was in the shop and came out to check on me as I called around to see if other shops might have the part. They got me sorted and gave me some great trail advice. Thanks for saving my weekend guys!

Go in for a cheap padded seat for an exercise bicycle. Salesman was arrogant and immediately told me I would have to bring the seat or the exercise bicycle in, (not sure which) in order to purchase this item. It is a bicycle seat. OK, went home and ordered off of amazon prime. Will not go back. Who pays this guy? Not me ever.

These guys are awesome! We are from out of town and my son’s Spawn bike badly needed it’s front fork repaired as we had 7 more days of riding to do. They were fast, creative and great to deal with. Thanks Taws.
