在多伦多用了五个月嫂，这个是最好的。他们会把每个用户对家政人员的评价记录在册，所以下次介绍给你的时候童先生会有个很属实的评价。效率也很给力，很多时候当天就能找到。期间要换的时候也没有因为收取中介费了就草草了事，都很积极的在帮我想办法。用了很多月嫂群，这个应该是多伦多最靠谱的了。虽然有中介费，但月嫂价格不会虚高，算算还是很划算的。

我在天天家政找了很多次家政服务，遇到的都是特别好的阿姨，有两个阿姨还和我们成为了很好的朋友，和家里的孩子们相处也十分融洽。这里的服务最好的地方就是老板会根据你的需求帮你换人直到你满意为止，这让我每次找阿姨都没有后顾之忧。希望每个人都能找到神仙阿姨。

I paid the agency fee and not satisfied the Nanny.They said if client do not satisfy the nanny and they will find the other one instead til I satisfy the Nanny and you don't need to pay agency fee one more time .They told me to wait until they find a new nanny for me.I had been waiting over a month and they said they were still looking for one for me.Bad service ever!They just wanted to take your agency fees one time even you are not satisfied the Nanny.

童先生帮忙找的月嫂很好，不仅价格合理而且工作认真，对宝宝很好很耐心。我们三月定的十月的月嫂服务，因为我确切生的日子一直不确定可能提前三周，而阿姨九月服务的宝妈又可能晚生，所以导致阿姨可能要延迟上户，童先生积极的帮忙想办法并立马推荐其他阿姨顶上，没有因为已经收取了服务费就不管了，很负责。最后幸运的是九月的宝妈提前生了，而我们也只提前两周，所以问题自然解决。但是童先生负责的态度值得信赖。

我坐月子时候找的就是天天家政。赶着疫情而且宝宝没有在预产期出生，童先生和Nancy特别用心地帮我安排月子餐和月嫂。在家里缺少人手的情况下解决了燃眉之急，我才能安心坐月子。非常感谢他俩，特别推荐

Mr Tong has been very helpful and responsive in searching and recommending nanny profiles for me. What’s important is that they have access to a large community here, which saves you a lot of time sifting through online ads and verifying nanny’s profiles. Also responsive over Wechat which is a plus.Would definitely recommend.
