Working in this company for 5 months has taught me more than my 4 year university degree. They encourage learning about how to lead people, how to maintain your attitude, what to say in situations of control, and so much more. This is not a place that focuses only on sales, they spend a lot of time working on making the people that come into the business into the best versions of themselves. The Aventas Team is made up of the most amazing people with so much dedication to themselves; its unreal. Would give the company 6 stars if I could.

I don’t know where should I start but all I could say at the moment is that this company actually helps you being a BETTER version of yourself in so many aspects of life. Rather it’s regarding your work or life, they’ve just stood out. I just couldn’t work for longer period but the time I’ve spent here would always be highly remembered. Feel lucky if entry levels found the same team I’ve worked with. Graciasss!

Would give negative star if possible. The governm Has revoked all vaccine mandates because of the implications against human rights yet this place requires any potential employee even those who are applying for work from home positions to be fully vaccinated. How is this legal? How is this moral? They are doing this based on a request from Telus. Time to visit Telus next. Boycottt this company from doing the elites dirty work.

I had an interview with the company last week and it was a pleasant experience. I would have loved to accept the job but with being in school the job would have competed with my school work. Being a commission based job I would not have the extra hours needed if I didn’t make a sale within the hours I was able to give to the work.

People who work here have no integrity (at the least the 3 people who I have worked with)They will commit all the lies possible just to make a sale. Was working with them to get a mobility connection with Telus and just avoid going through them. You may spend a little more reaching out to Telus directly but that would save you the headche of dealing with this organization. Worst customer service. EVER!!!

Best place I’ve worked in so far, your co workers are very supportive and want to see you succeed, they’re always there for you when you need them. The team culture is actually super fun and the daily workshops and team building exercises help you become the best version of yourself.There’s so much to learn here and if you have a student mentality with great work ethic, you’ll fit right in!
