Worst place I ever lived, you can hear noise all day all night long, absolutely no soundproof. Can hear loud noise from two floor under my suite, hearing noise surrounding you, not just hearing your neighbour besides you, also can hear neighbour under you. The worst part is your loud neighbour don’t sleep, they keep loud noise all night. If you don’t mind hearing your neighbours loud talking noise and heavy feet steps sound (like banging sound) all day all night hearing banging sound here and there… think twice

Worst place to live in , paying every month for the parking spot ,came home from straight two night Someone parked car @ my parking spot called customer service basically they can’t do nothing just offer you visitor parking pass which is always full ,I could give them a zero rating if I would have that option

really had the worse experience when we first moved in (loud neighbors, smelly hallways, people stealing parking spots, people using visitor parking as additional parking, breaker kept shorting when using washer/dryer). eventually, when current management took over, we slowly noticed changes. Strict but by the rules in my opinion. One big thing that I did not like is the size of the parking spots. It is enough for a car to pull in and out but not enough space to get in and out of the car.

Why don’t you guys do anything about so many noise complaints. Unit 209 is the worst , noise all over day and night. We would like to have volume rules sent to all units specially 209-1085 building.

DO NOT RENT HERE! First floor got flooded because of their hot water getting repaired, and we did not get any compensation. After we left, our paperworks were not fixed right away that’s why they still took rent for the next month from our bank account. The bldg has no sound proofing, you can hear everything around you 24/7. Garbage are always full also.

A parking spot is so small even for small cars.Many times cars parking at my place and really they don't care who parking.... at visitor parking sometimes have so many cars and a rules are to have parking pass on dashboard.I never saw at any car to have it.

This building is one of the worst I’ve ever lived in. Overflowing garbage bins, 2 first floor floods in 3 months. Sound is terrible one can never get any sleep. You can’t even hear your own television over the ventilation system.Hot water off for days, the parking lot is like a nightmare carnival ride nobody wants to be part of. Speed bumps like mountains.Worse than any hostel I have ever stayed in. Absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever between suites. I suppose it’s nice to have ensuite laundry.
