It is Circle K 1178 now. This Circle K has the most abrasive, ignorant store manager you will find anywhere. The store manager has a street thug, too cool for school attitude. This rodent of a manager withdrew handing my receipt because I didn't take it quick enough to suit him. I had to ask numerous times for my receipt. Then the manager started accusing me of being rude to him. So to this rodent of a manager, a customer is being rude if they would like their receipt.Then the rodent manager started yelling GET OUT" "GET OUT"

Only thing this place has going for it is 24 hrs, for being new its run down dirty night staff are rude and usually to busy on their phone to even notice customers avoid this place as much as I can will pass it and go to amherstview usually

It’s a new construction with all modern equipment, all grades of fuel sufficient parking and a convenience store. The washrooms are sparkling clean. Ready-to-eat snacks to go are also offered. Full of customers in summer time being close to recreational resources around.

I was buying a single chocolate bar when I was told that it was expired, and told to go get another one, I did that, left, and was surprised that the cashier was nice enough to care that the chocolate bar was expired, until I got the notification that $5.08 was taken out of my account for a single chocolate bar. They charged me twice.

Circle K convenience and gas station in Bath Ontario refused to allow an officer to park his car in their parking lot. The roads were unpassable, and the area being in a state of emergency, because of the snow conditions. The store clerk telling the officer no and if he does the car won't be there when he comes back. The officer had to find another place to park his car and walk about 1 km in the storm to get home. Not someplace I'll ever do business again.

Ive been here last month , customer service was not that good compared here in kingston or in toronto . Maybe its a new store and new manager. I hope all circle k equipments are all new and updated.

Every time we visit circle k their slushy machines are broken. This has been going on for aprox 5 years, well before the pandemic. The owners do not upkeep the store and are losing significant business every single summer. They're either always all down, watery, or half only are working. This location would sell so many, if it worked!
