Jill is one of the worst customer service reps I’ve ever dealt with. In the age of technology this company can’t even provide a stabil 40meg 5up connection.the only reason they have a customer base is because the only other option is satellite or century link.

Great customer service. Our CenturyLink connection went down, soonest CenturyLink could send a technician was over a week out for troubleshooting and repair. I called up CL Telephone after hours and they had us up and connected the next morning. In addition, cost is $10 cheaper a month compared to CenturyLink. Keep it local and you get quick and fast support.

Decent internet for the area however the cost for what is available is astronomical. You have to pay for a phone line to get internet at your house even if you never use the phone line. Paying over $75 a month for 6 MB is very outdated pricing for what other companies can offer, unfortunately the area does not offer other service providers for people to choose from which would create competition which would hopefully cause CL Telephone to update and adjust its pricing.

Been waiting over a year for fiber to actually be installed, prepaid in advance for it and will be canceling my service because I'm tired of paying for a landline phone I don't need, want, or even use.

Sucks ass. Pay for internet that should be so fast it's downloading before you even think of what it is you want to search for. And what you get is internet that is so slow by the time it's downloaded you could walk to the library the next town over find an encyclopedia look it up yourself, walk back home, eat a sandwich, go to work, come back home, and then it MIGHT have downloaded.

Internet is good... But the customer service skills of some of the staff are not so great ... I always feel like I'm bothering them are irritating them when I go in or call to get a problem resolved...
