When I bought my car Porsche Center Victoria wasn't just a dealership to me. Wes wasn't just a sales guy, he was a guide and a sounding board. He helped me over years to test and trial and speculate on options for me until the right car was found. He really got my needs and anytime I had a question he had an answer. His open and no-bs approach to the process was refreshing and rare - and the result was I got exactly what I needed against all odds in this time of uncertainty.If that wasn't enough, add in the above-and-beyond work of Adam in the Business office and the professionalism and helpfulness of Noah our delivery pro - and it was hands down the best car buying experience I could imagine. I will absolutely be back and look forward to dealing with these stellar people and this dealer again.

Starting with the very friendly receptionist Victoria , my overall service and experiences at the Porsche Centre Victoria are always great. Recently, I was informed about a fuel pump problem, as well as the cost and time frame of the repairs needed. Always true to their word, my Cayenne S was done in the time they said and the cost was actually less then what they had quoted me. Absolutely no surprises here, just great quality service all around.I can’t say enough about the front line Service Team including Steve, Scott and Keenan who are always very polite, super knowledgeable and always provide above and beyond service. I’m always satisfied of the work done by highly skilled Head Mechanic Chris and his Service Team . I highly recommend to everyone .Thank you all again !!

Wonderful overall experience with this dealership from the time of ordering our Cayenne to pic up and delivery. Flew into the Harbour and was picked up by Wes. Presentation of new vehicle was awesome and leasing arrangements were seamless with Adam. Had a gentleman go thru the workings of our new Cayenne and away we went to catch the Ferry from Nanaimo. Beautiful luxurious vehicle and excellent customer experience.

I've recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle through this dealership. The staff there made me feel very welcomed from the moment I pulled into the lot.My sales contact was Zachary, he was able to set up a test drive for me and help me with a trade in. He's very charismatic and confident about his products.When the deal went through I was passed on to the finance department where I met Adam. I never felt like I was being lead on, pressured or told false information. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Best vehicle purchase experience I've had and it wasn't even a Porsche I purchased from Porsche Centre Victoria.I was actually in the process of ordering a new 2023 Subaru BRZ when I came across an ad for a special edition 2020 TS that Porsche Centre Victoria had acquired in a trade-in with practically no kilometers on it. Knowing how rare these cars are and the special opportunity this was, I decided to reach out to them for a general inquiry. I have to admit, I was nervous that I would be treated like a small fish in a big pond given this was a Porsche dealership, but I was connected with Wes (Lukuku) and had just an amazing initial dialogue with him. He was unbelievably personable, welcoming and put me completely at ease. He patiently answered the plethora of questions I had about the previous owner and condition of the car and thoroughly addressed any concerns I had about purchasing a pre-owned vehicle of this type. Given I live in the Okanagan, this was ultimately going to be a sight unseen offer to purchase and I really appreciated the effort he put in to ensuring that my needs and expectations with the purchase would be met. Long story short, I cancelled my 2023 order and went with the limited edition TS.My 16 year old son accompanied me to pick up the car and on delivery day, Wes himself picked us up from the airport. Having a background in sports himself, the guys immediately hit it off, making for a great conversational experience for all of us on the drive to the dealership. Once there, everyone ensured we were treated like VIP special guests from the minute we walked in the door. I honestly can't say enough about the professionalism and warm welcome we experienced. I have nothing but praise for Porsche Centre Victoria. This was my very first visit to a Porsche dealership as I’ve never ever contemplated buying a prestige car, I simply never had the means to afford such a vehicle. However, I didn’t realise that these guys cater for all budgets, great and small. I was met by a very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic salesman by the name of Silvio. I test drove the car and tried to ask all the right questions. He was extremely accommodating and made me feel right at home. Within a couple of hours, I knew I was at the right place, driving the right car for me.
