Been living here close to two years and I have only praise for this building. It is well maintained and landscaped. Indoor laundry, en-suite bathroom, incredibly large balcony and indoor pool are all well appreciated. The location is extremely convenient with grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, Fairview Mall and several parks within a 5 minute drive. Two thumbs up.

I had a horrible experience with the management. I live near by and called to enquire about parking rentals for a possible car which I don’t yet own. The lady started screaming that she will tow my car away and continued accusing me about parking in their lot. I don’t even own a car yet! OMG horrible way to talk to possible customers!
