Last Five years Canadian customer service went downhill but today I came to The mobile Shop, I was looking for a good suitable mobile plan. I met a wonderful customer service rep name Nikita. She gave me an amazing customer service and good deal. I was surprised by her knowledge. She knew what she doing. She went above and beyond to help me with a Plan. She activated my Sim. She explained me everything. I felt She is a Genuine person and genuinely trying help client. Guys if you need to get new phone mobile plan, accessories, come see Nikita.Exceptional customer service. Deep went well above and beyond my expectations. Alex his District Manager should be proud of his staff at the Real Canadian Super Store location on Eagleson Rd in Kanata. We have purchased at least 6 phones from this location. Always extremely helpful.

Bravo Mobile Shop team! We were at the back of a lineup on Boxing Day and even with just 25 minutes to go before the store closed and having worked their tails off all day, all three agents were still patient and dedicated to serve each customer in turn. Best shop to get your new cellphone(s) no matter who your carrier is. Over the course of a year, so far, we have purchased 2 phones (upgrades) from Ahmed. He really knows his stuff. Gave us great deals and let us know that we were able to also use our PC Optimum Points to reduce the costs. Had an issue with one of the warranty plans, and Ahmed took the time to help us out to resolve the issue. Great service - “Thank you” Ahmed.
