I moved from Windsor to KWC and had my initial appointment with Dr. Kai today, and I must say that Kayla provided great assistance throughout the booking and entire process. Dr. Kai possesses excellent equipment and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough verification. Moreover, he is incredibly patient, consistently seeking my feedback and never rushing. I felt rejuvenated and significantly improved after my cleaning session. Dr. Kai diligently examined my teeth, addressing all necessary issues. Additionally, Kayla maintained a positive atmosphere, keeping the patients in high spirits. I genuinely enjoyed my visit and have every intention of continuing to see Dr. Kai in the future.

It’s been years since I felt comfortable going to a dentist ,my family has been searching for a dentist for many years and honestly he is amazing, gentle, honest and not afraid to go now. If you are considering a new dentist choose this office .. clean ,professional, friendly staff ,new equipment and up to date with technology..I would rate a 10 star , u willNot be disappointed !!!!!!

Best dental office I have ever been to! Excellent caring staff that I would highly recommend to family and friends! Dr.Wu is an amazing dentist with so much experience, and compassion for his patients- he made me feel at ease and I really trusted him during a root canal treatment, Kayla the dental assistant is very kind and friendly! Go here if you need a dentist you will not be disappointed!

Dr Kai and his team are awesome! They kept me informed about every step of the procedure and he was really experienced and skilled I felt no pain. He was also equally patient making sure the appointment got the proper results without too much strain on my constantly open jaw. It was also a great conversation keeping the mood really light and the tv on the ceiling was an absolute plus - my appointment flew by and I was done before I knew it - distracted by the shows and zero worry of what’s going on in my mouth. Great experience - will definitely recommend!

I hateee going to the dentist and I get quite nervous and anxious but these guys are great! They make you feel looked after and they explain step by step what’s happening next. They even let you pick what to watch on tv! Lol. I would highly recommend :)

I’ve never been a fan on the dentist, but I have never been felt so supported and listened to! My whole experience has been pleasant and positive since joining! I have been given breaks constantly throughout my treatment (without even asking), they are great at reading your body language and will do everything they can to support you! I couldn’t recommend these guys more ❤️

I brought my mom in for some dental treatment. They got us in within a day and the doctor and his assistant were both awesome. They are very friendly and did a thorough examination. They explain everything to u and do a great job! Would recommend them to everyone,

Very nice place to go for dental issues l was treated very professional, polite and honesty. The doctor Mr Kia do e a great job with my filling a d extraction and not forgetting the receptionist was awesome. I will recommend my family to visit this dental care place.
