Back in June 2022, we purchased a sectional unit and a three seater sofa set from MJM Furniture their sales associate Manish" was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding our product selection choices. We were very pleased that even during the global supply chain crisis MJM Furniture were able to deliver to us the sectional unit within three weeks of the initial delivery date.However

Make excellent custom couches at a decent price. Although delivery was delayed a day for me, but they did make up for it by delivering on a holiday. Also helped move my old couches out for me. Great product for a great price!

Very disappointing customer service. They are way too stubborn over any customizations and ironically they claim to make custom furniture! If you need a good customer service, avoid this place for sure. I'm happy to pay more bucks to get better service and a customized product. Cancelled my order today after 3 visits eventually.
