I'm torn between 3 & 4 stars. The folks at the office on Andrews Street are awesome and they earn every bit of 4 stars. The folks at the customer service call center, not so much. Whenever I have a question, I go right to the office because I know I'm going to get the right answers and a proper fix.

The internet is great here... but dealing with them Is like pulling teeth from a gator. Had it less that a week and received an email stating my account was past due. Was unaware the billing cycle is on the first. Never received and email or bill in the mail.

Came in to move services. Was treated Highly Professionally by Taylor and service was fast and to the point. He answered everything we needed to know. We were in and out in less than 15 min.

Since Spectrum cable took over from Time Warner, the costs have become outrageous, service is not reliable, and now the DVR recording service is out.. on Saturday Sept 25, 2021! We record several college games all football season, but after setting up today's choices it suddenly went down with no explanation . Called but 45 60 minute wait times. Everything we set is gone. Prices are ridiculous too.

Definitely see the helpful staff here as they are much easier to deal with over the website or customer service phone number. Especially if you need to down grade your service, they are more understanding and won't get pushy.

We had to pleasure of having a young man, Taylor, help us with my sons bill and saved us money. He is very professional and courteous. You don't always get great service like that at businesses.
