The best dental experience I’ve had in 30 years. I needed a lot of work done and I LOVED that everything was explained fully to me so that I knew and understood what was going on. All the staff are funny, caring and up lifting. The front desk is so kind and lovely. I highly recommend if you’re looking for an above and beyond experience!

Great first few experiences with Dr Seama Shalchi and her team.From my first consult to cleaning and now for fillings.They have been very accomodating to fit my schedule and professional and careful. Lovely, caring, friendly staff and very nice.I highly recommend Dr Seama Shalchi .

Unfortunately I can not recommend this business to anyone and feel it’s only fair to warn families about the level of service and how I was mistreated. I have been going to royal vista dental for over 4 years and have always loved the care that my 4 children and I received from the dentist and dental assistants. However, when taking my 11 year old son there today, when leaving after being told he needs to be seen by an oral surgeon and the referral would be sent over same day, I was told they would no longer be accepting my insurance ( the same insurance I have used for the last 4 years and has always paid the provider in a timely manner) due to the fact it was inconvenient for the receptionist to mail in the claim vs other insurances that allow it to be submitted online. I was told I owed over $600 for todays checkup and needed to be paid today. I confirmed with the receptionist that my insurance has always paid but that it was very inconvenient for her. At that time I paid the balance and told her our family will no longer be patients of theirs. I called the oral surgeons office at the end of the day to find out the referral had not been called in. So not only was I treated poorly because our insurance is inconvenient, but the health of my 11 year old son was clearly not important to her either.UPDATE : as I am unable to respond to your response…, no the referral was not sent same day. I called the oral surgeons office Friday afternoon, which they confirmed it had not been sent, as well as Monday at 1:00 pm, where they also confirmed it had not been sent. At that point, I called your office back on Monday afternoon and asked that it please be sent immediately. At that point, it was sent.

I visited to remove my son’s wisdom teeth. When I made an reservation over the phone, I made it clear to the staff that I would make a book for my son for extraction wisdom teeth. And the staff completed the reservation with a wisdom teeth consultation. After letting my son go inside, I didn’t doubt it at all until my son came out. He just had a cleaning. He even couldn’t see a dentist at all. I complained that I never made a book for cleaning. They said I did. I asked record of the phone-conversation, but they said there’s no record. I don’t understand that I have to waste money and time because of the staff’s fault.

Dr Virk & Alli took great care of me during my procedure. They kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay as well if I was comfortable and not having any issues. The outcome looked great. Would highly recommend Royal Vista Dental, Dr. Virk and his wonderful team from his chairside assistants to his reception staff.

Nice facility with friendly and professional folks. They took me in on time. The care was gentle and considerate of pain management. As far a dental visits go it was great. Recommended.

Amazing time! All the staff were very friendly, helpful and charismatic! Didn’t even feel like I was at a dental office! Will definitely be coming here regularly!

No shade to the other hygienists on the team but Diana is most definitely in the top three hygienists I've encountered in my lifetime. She's friendly, efficient and thorough. Truly the entire team is wonderful.Since the office offers evening and weekend appointments it's easy to fit a trip to the dentist in to your schedule.If you're looking for a dentist in the NW, I would 10/10 recommend giving them a call.
