I brought my mother's vehicle in to be serviced and all staff were so pleasant and friendly. I was surprised when they all knew my name when I had only told one employee. The lounge is great as well because they offer a variety of free coffee with milk or creamers, sugar and water bottles. Definitely a good experience with great service!

I was driving through NB on my way back home and had a mechanical failure just outside of Bathurst. Luckily I contacted the local Ford repair shop and I was fortunate to find the Hatheway Ford Dealer as the effort they put towards getting us back on the road was extraordinary. It was just around closing time when I contacted the service department, they had a mechanic stay late just to diagnose the issues. Then I was provided an appointment the next morning first thing to get the truck fixed. A shuttle vehicle conveniently took me to and from where we stayed and through great a communication line, our issue was resolved. Not to mention they went above and beyond to discover the repair scope was all covered under the warranty. Again, I can't say enough good things about the services that were provided, they turned a stressful situation into a blessing and I would reccomend them to anyone local or even if you find yourself looking for repairs far from home, they treat you the same way regardless. This was a reminder of why I chose to buy a Ford, the customer services are unmatched!

We continue to go to Bathurst Hatheway Ford for all of our truck services, even if our extended warranty is done. Service provided by JP, Ricky and the mechanics is great !! They take the time to do an overall check even if you're only going there for an oil change ;) ... everything is explained in detail ! This certainly helps to prevent any bad" surprises down the road
