Splash & Dash Car Wash

This by far the best Do-it-yourself car wash in the area!! The customer service was exceptional the manager helped me figure out how to use the machine. Powerful vacuum cleaners. The fact that they take credit card also deserves recognition . Will def be back :)

There's no set" line. People generally line up in front of the bay they want. Having a "set" line that's applied to all bays ensure that it is first come first server in prompt order.Setting the scene:Every bay was full and nobody was "lined up" to use any.There was a group of cars in a spot where generally people would wait for a bay but all of them were outside their cars cleaning and or gossiping. I had placed myself towards the left most bays and a SUV that had gotten there after me placed himself on the very right(far from me).I went in to grab the first bay as they (the one in the bay) left.Thereafter a Hostile and aggressive gentleman (random Tesla owner that was apart of the group gossiping) came and yelled at me about lines. Name called. Aggression - (ready or likely to attack or confront; characterized by or resulting from aggression)

I've been to many car wash places and after years of looking for the closest thing to a perfectly ran and organized hand wash facility, I've found the ONE. Splash and Dash has never disappointed every time I've gone there. The bays are clean the coin machines are always working properly. If you're looking for a very decent place to clean your vehicle come to the BEST PLACE in OTTAWA, come to SPLASH and DASH. You won't lose your time or your money.

My car was brand new!Service was great. I was offered a drop off ride, and they even brought my car to my place.Yousef was awesome.An excellent place to detail your ride indeed.

Honestly, the prices are a bit high for what's offered.$20 to have enough time to quickly wet up, quickly scrub and quickly rinse, with basically no time left. More expensive than a car wash.At other businesses, I can do more vehicle rinsing, washing and more rinsing with slightly less money.Yes the hoses and tools were in good shape. Brush soap was conservative but there was soap.I'll be washing my vehicle at other locations where the deal is better, and there's no real difference in hoses and tools.

Coin machine gave less change. Called the number and he said he would fix the problem. When I called back, after never got back to, he just hung up on me. Now he won't answer.

Cheaper than a car wash but can't clean your car as well.If there was an option to just pay a minimum 1 dollar per minute it would be better. So i could have time to let the soap soak and use my own wash sponge.Also no drying so you have to do that yourself or you may have streaks and spotting.Update- Car somehow managed to look dirtier afterwards. It was fun but won't waste my time and money here again.

Prices are high for what is offeredBad quality soapThey do not accept cash payments as it was before, only via Visa and MasterMost of the washing places are closed, and only two are workingFor more than two years, I have been using this place to wash my car. It was much better than it is nowI'll be washing my vehicle at other locations

Prices have shot up and I question if the time displayed is accurate. I'll try and time it with a stop watch next time. Half the bays were out of service, change machine out of service (duct tape across the coin and bill slots) and most of the vacuums were also down. Used to be a great car wash but recently it seems the owner could careless by the state of repair of the place. Also not great at night with a bunch of people all hanging around not washing their cars or anything, just chilling and doing the occasional burn out when they leave at high rates of speed. Disappointed and won't be back for a while to see if things improve or ownership changes.

Half the bays are out of service and the change machine is also not working so no wash for me today.
