Mes Amis Preschool

Wonderful Preschool and even more wonderful Teacher! It is so well organized and Mlle. Brophy really loves her students and teaching, and she has so so much patience! She does so many unique activities and crafts in her class time, as well as physical activity and outdoor time! It is amazing how much french my son picked up in the first year, without knowing anything when starting! We are so happy we chose this preschool!

My son went to this French immersion preschool in the past two years.He likes the teacher, classmates and the school so much. And he also learned some foundation of French which is a good pre- step for him to enter a french immersion elementary school later.

Mes Amis Preschool was the perfect introduction to a classroom setting for our little guy. Mlle Brophy is the most amazing leader for the children in the preschool setting. My son loved going to school and interacting with his peers, learning new things, and having fun in the classroom. The French language aspect is perfect and a great introduction to the language (especially if you are considering French Immersion Elementary). I would 100 % recommend this preschool to anyone.

I have sent both my children to Mes Amis Preschool and the growth in confidence and comprehension in French is remarkable. Mlle. Brophy is one of those special humans who is able to bring order and calm to a busy classroom, while connecting with each child and lifting them all up. Her teaching of French through songs and routine give the students a solid foundation that gives them a head start during that transition to kindergarten.My daughter is in grade 2 now and is top of her class in french writing, reading and comprehension even with us only speaking English at home. I give full credit to her two years at Mes Amis Preschool.There are always fantastic crafts and recitals, and photos are captured throughout their day so we can see what they got up to!I can not say enough positive things about how caring and attentive Mlle. Brophy is.

I'm so glad we sent or kid to this amazing place . after 2 years of my kids not having any social contact with others we were worried they would not know how to behave with other kids properly. well that worry was vary soon over after we saw day after day of kid coming home with story's of new friends and how they learned a new French words. Then to get to see it in person as a parent helper in the class gives you a even better idea of how wonderful the teacher is. and why my child was so excited to go to school it made me want to join them every day as well and we vary much look forward to send or other child.

Our family had an incredible experience at Mes Amis Preschool. Mlle Brophy is an all-star and made our family feel so welcome. She is so kind and patient with the kids and has a fantastic ability in keeping everyone attentive and focused on the activity of the moment. She acts like a seasoned pro in how she deals with the kids, and is extremely respectful even when times call for a firmer hand. With all the added stress and struggles that the pandemic caused, Mlle Brophy was very professional and dutiful in keeping everyone as safe as possible.It was incredible to see so many photos of the daily activities and really see what the kids got up to, as they seem to forget as soon as they leave the school. Hearing the kids start speaking French was magical—it's amazing how quickly they can pick up on it. Our daughter was very shy at the beginning of the school year, being very unsure of going. By the end of the year she couldn't wait to go, and was much more confident and independent. Your child will start speaking french before the year is over, and it doesn't matter at all if you don't speak it at home.Mlle Brophy was extremely accommodating to our needs as a blended family, and we cannot thank her enough for how positive an experience it was for us. We cannot recommend Mes Amis Preschool enough. Your child will be in expert hands.Thank you again for everything.-I&S

We have been so happy with our choice to send our children to Mes Amis! The French immersion program sets our kids up to succeed in their future immersion schooling. Mlle Brophy is very well educated and continues her early years education t ensure her programming and curriculum are up to date. So happy - can’t recommend enough!

My daughter loves going to school. The teacher is very patient, warm and welcoming. There's always something fun to do like art, dress up, dancing, play toys, learning activities even watching little science experiments. Learning french came quickly to my 4 year old and she's put it in her day to day speaking. I recommend this pre K class to everyone with little ones I know.

My daughter just finished her first year, as a three year old, at Mes Amis. She is thriving! She has learned so much from Mlle Brophy. My daughter looks forward to going to preschool and always tells me how her teacher is her favorite. Mlle Brophy keeps the children engaged and busy, planning age appropriate and educational activities. I am so happy we found this preschool and look forward to seeing the growth that will come this next year of preschool.

Our son is really enjoying his first school experience at Mes Amis. We are happy we made Mes Amis our first choice.
