If you talk about the strike openly in the store you will get kicked out as some of the employees behave like children and think they own the store.Subpar product, employees who clearly have issues. If you don't want to work, go home. The short and overweight woman there should learn how to deal in customer service. Screaming sir over 10 times, while you're serving other customers is just insane.I get you hate your job, but stay home, you're a disgrace to the actual people who would love to work...Never going here again, I will quit before buying any product from you guys.

I still don't know how this place has such a good rating and reviews. This place is terrible and extremely busy every time i come. You usually have to stand in a long line that stretches outside for 30+ minutes. Theyre always sold out of all the good affordable strains and they never have enough of anything in stock. The parking lot is extremely busy for a tiny plaza and very hard to get out of. They clearly need many more locations but doesnt seem to be happening. I highly recommend the delivery companies.

There is always a long line up. They ask everyone for ID, even if you're an old grandma! Compared to other dispensaries in the capital region, I find it is one of the worst for choice and prices. No edibles or vapes, and flowers are often super dry. In addition, the employees are disgruntled and on strike because they only make $17/hour! Not at all an enjoyable shopping experience.I only ever go as an absolute last resort.

Both the location in gstineau, and the location in aylmer are closed. No idea when its open as the times are a lie. Either the system doesnt care or the owners of the chain are clueless... you wanna take your sweet time? No deal will be made. The business is lost.Best bet always will be your friendly neighbourhood pot dealer.And i know the responce is always, we are still holding out to make a deal.... dont care. Heard it for over a year now.Get it together or close up.

Always closed, terrible hours.I get you're unhappy as a worker but at that point just fine another place to work cause this is being dragged on for way too long.It's not great always having to go across to Ontario which yes has much better pricing and selection as well as type of product available.But sometimes it's preferable to just go 10mins away instead of 30.

Hours are horrible. No idea why these employees are complaining either… their pay makes sense for the required skillset. Disappointed SQDC has wrecked QCs buying experience. This is why everyone goes across the boarder (to Ottawa) to get quality service.

The place to go! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing is good for what you get. Generally has a great selection from low to intense.SQDC has improved their website to show you what’s in stock at the store so you know before going.I’ve had to stand in line outside a few times but don’t worry. The line moves very quick. They have the social distancing down very well. Never waited more then 8-10 mins. Masks are mandatory.Would be awesome if the SQDC came out with an app for mobile/smartphone that allows you to “click and pickup” and the ability to pay with Apple Pay / Google Pay.
