Drivers are a complete joke! Speeding down the highway doing 115kmh. Can’t backup, doesn’t understand instructions, no respect for other truckers, and has no idea how to properly secure a load! Avoid at all costs

I went to DLH to send an internatial package. asked before I send the item if it was ok to send an old used mobile phone( cellphone). They say it was ok as long it was old and used. proceeded with the sending process and paid $185CAD.The item was send and arrived to the destination country. Received an email saying that the item I have shipped was a prohibited item and was going to be return to Canada.My item was put in hold due to missing duty taxes coming into Canada. contacted DHL and was told to the no duty taxes needed to be pay because it was a return item and that when the item arrived, I was going to get my refund of the $186CAD.I received the item and called DHL back and was told that I will not be getting any return back due the error was made by myself when I send the package... I explained that before I send the item, I asked if there was any problem sending such item I they told me it was ok.... They told me that it is too bad but there is nothing they can do and no refunds can be process.It feel like an scam and took $186CAD just like that during this hard financial times.

For all drivers and O/O!Hidden information,deductions and expenses!ENTERIOR CAMERA’S INSTALED!Company drivers 0.72 c per mile but pick up and delivery in Canada included.If you don’t go to PU and DEL they will deduct $50 for pu and $50 for del.For O/O hidden expenses camera $400USD,king pin lock $150CND,they will provide flatbad trl with no equipment,you have to buy full flatbad equipment 4-5K CND.Security deposit $5000 on hold 3 months if you leave company!Good luck rokies!!!
