Mahum did my hair for my birthday! I was literally speechless by the way it turned out I’m so happy over all the years I’ve tried to ever get this colour that I’ve always wanted I finally got it!! She’s so patient and understanding about every question I had and I honestly recommend anybody looking to get highlights or any other hair services done to go see her ♥️ thank you so much I will definitely be back to see you, you made my day so special thank you for making me feel more confident ♥️

I can't remember the name of the senior stylist who cut my hair but it was only a trim and no shampoo or anything. I kept telling her I think she needs to cut a bit more but she thought it looked really good". Umm what about what I as the customer think?? I left pretty dissatisfied because that trim cost me $65! When I got home my husband didn't even notice a cut/style! Lastly

Booked an appointment super last minute and got in within an hour, I booked with Shelby and she was absolutely amazing! Such a kind soul and so gentle with my hair. The hair wash was very soothing and comfortable too, thank you Shelby for making my morning so special:)

I should have known from the start that this place was going to be an issue since just booking an appointment was difficult as there was a language barrier with the receptionist. My stylist was Sarah and although the highlights were great my scalp was irritated and upon looking closer there was also some hair loss and breakage. When I called in I was told that the district manager was going to call me. A day passed and no phone call. I called back and was told that I need to come in so they can look at my hair. After 2 phone calls and having to work around there schedule I received no apology or a sense that they even cared. After booking the appointment the manager called me. When I spoke to Radmila she was very defensive asking if I have been to a doctor and why I didn't call sooner. Again, NO APPOLOGY and her solution was for me to send her photos so that she can text her Loreal rep. I will not be returning, and the fact that they don't respond to some of the complaints on here just goes to show what a horrible place this is!

I had a fantastic haircut done by Izzy! I had called the salon very last minute and got a same day appointment. After reading some of the reviews on here I was a little hesitant but I decided to go through with the appointment, and boy am I glad I did!! My hair looks amazing and it’s exactly what I wanted!!Thank you Izzy!!

I took my daughter for hair cut and wash. First of all, the space is beautiful! Very clean and following COVID protocols, I was at ease from the moment I stepped in the salon. Hair Stylist Izzy made my daughter feel like the princess, gorgeous haircut and wash!! In overall, my little one is super happy :)Thanks Izzy for a great experience. It won't be our last.Staff are so friendly and products are displayed really nicely. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing services from a hairdresser at this salon named Esmeralda (Alda). She was absolutely professional and offered a great hair style. She was caring, attentive and took the time to do a beautiful job and I was very happy! I would greatly recommend her anytime! The best ever!

Second visit and will not return.I went in for hair colouring, same colour, just needed a refresh. They already had the shade they used on me last time, but the stylist said I should be using a different one because my hair was too grown out. My gut feeling said no but I have anxiety confronting others in customer service industry, so I kept my mouth shut and let her do what she thought was okay, after all she is professional in the field. My hair came out very uneven, roots were completely different, there was a visible break line across my head, the colour was way too bright and needed to be toned down. I told her I didn't feel comfortable leaving like that and she seemed annoyed. She ended up quickly re doing it, but unfortunately the damage was already done. For styling, I asked for very little product because I hate my hair feeling heavy, but I got extra layer of products and left feeling like I had a helmet on. They also charged me $220, very confusing because they had a promo for $120. I've never paid that much for a colour and cut. I held it together at the salon, but had a meltie in the car ride home. Washed my hair out 3 times right after to get all the hairspray/product out.

I had my haircut by Moosa , i have very thin hair and he totally used that as an excuse , i walk out very disappointed , he charge me for “”styling “” witch was no close to what is suppose to be pay$85 for a hair cut that next day i has to fix it my self , my sides where not even and in the back was all over the place i has to cut my self and this from a stylist that he is proud to mention on his cheap talk that he is teaching at the hairstyle academy and it give you the confidence that he know what he is doing.WHAT INFURIATES ME IS THAT SOME OF US ARE BUSY MOMS WITH REGULAR JOBS AND LESS TIME FOR OUR SELF AND WHEN WE GET THAT LITTLE TIME ,PEOPLE LIKE MOOSA TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR CONFIDENCE AND TRUST , NOT TO MENTION THE MONEY,Even the cheapest hair salon will do a better job than him.Shame on you Moosa for being unprofessional and greedy .Truly not recommend this place .
