I never had any problems with quality or costumer service.love it.

Very poor customer service and associate are very rude in the store. I was told by an associate that I can return items without receipt but I want get a return receipt. Next week I brought my items back as I purchased for my baby few months ago and found out it was wrong size. I was treated very rudely and no one was listening and Temi associate was very rude and miscommunicated with me, dis not honour her words whatever she said to me last week. Very disappointed

Will NEVER shop at any Children's Place again....We bought our daughter 2 gift cards for her birthday for $25 each we went and spent 1 of the gift cards and the other card got lost. I work in retail and directly with gift cards so I know how they work, I have also had my wallet stolen with a Winners gift card inside. If you have a receipt with proof of activation on the card the company is able to cancel a lost or stolen card and re issue a replacement..... Winners did this when I lost one of their cards and I have done this for customers of mine.I called the head office to inquire about cancelling the card and re issuing a card. They were less then helpful, I was on the phone with an associate and then management for a total of 35 minutes only to reach a conclusion, after being put on hold about 6 times, that there policy is not to cancel and replace lost or stolen cards..... but they will give me 25% off of my next purchase.Now my 9 year old goes without her gift card and Children's Place has lost a loyal customer and over what? It is a simple process to cancel a lost gift card, I have the receipt they can look it up cancel it and re issue but this is not their policy. There policy is sorry about your luck and spend more money with us at a slight discount.If the gift card had already been used since we lost it then I would understand but they wouldn't even check. Shameful and horrible customer service, especially for a children's store.
