Great people to deal with. Very professional. Dropped off my carpet and it was done in no time for around $50. The entire green tea stain was removed.Fantastic service.

Super happy with results and service! We booked a carpet cleaning for our 1bdrm suite. The living room and bedroom have carpet. Booking was easy and they answered all my questions. On the day of service Mark gave us a heads up that he was 5 mins away. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with he acknowledged all our concerns about stains and high traffic areas. The cleaning took less than an hour. We're super happy with the results! I would just suggest that if it's colder out that the drying time may take longer than 24 hrs. Our carpet looks much better and even more happy that the suite smells better too! Highly recommend prosteam.

Everything about this booking went smoothly. Tyler who came to clean my carpets was a bit early and phoned me to tell me so. As I wasn't completely ready he showed up at agreed time. The job was done well and he suggested an additional 'odor removal' option which I did opt to do and I was very satisfied. They even phoned me a few days later to see if everything was good. I would highly recommend them. Excellent company!

Pro-Steam does great work! I had stains in my commercial carpet that I thought would never come out. Grease, coffee, and other things that I could not spot clean at all.Tyler came at the end of our day to not interfere with our customers and did an awesome job! No stains anywhere. Found out about Pro-Steam through their mailed coupons and I'm glad I did! Easy to call & book, Tyler called before arriving, was super professional, explained the process, protected the flooring/walls and took out all stains! Pleasantly surprised at the final product (like brand new carpets) and the value for what I paid! Would definitely recommend!

I got my carpets and sofas cleaned. The staff member was polite and professional. Everything was great except one of my white sofa chairs got stained yellow in the process. I informed the company and the owner Tyler promptly picked up the chair to take to the shop and fix the issue. He was able to improve the chair quite a bit but it wasn't 100%. He acknowledged that it had been a challenge and offered complementary carpet cleaning for additional rooms due to this issue. I am so appreciative of his professionalism, recognition of the issue and then offering to rectify it in the best way he could. This is exceptional service and I will definitely use Pro Steam again.
